Today is the day, Mark and I have talked to Boss and we set everything up, Nyla is going to have a surprise party. She doesn't really have any friends so everybody including the cooks and bodyguards is invited to our BBQ. Boss has even given everyone the day off and canceled training this morning. Its already 5 and I'm up working out in the living when I hear Nyla coming down the stairs. I quickly scramble to hide behind the door.
"Pooh ?" she shouts out and I notice her looking around with a scowl on her face but I remained quiet and when she got into my line of sight I jumped out from behind the door.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOO !" I scream tackling her to the ground and she yelps out as we hit the ground.
"you do this every year it's your birthday too," she says giggling and I roll off of her and we lay on the floor next to each other.
"I know, but I just care that you have a great birthday," I say standing from the ground.
"But you know you have to cook breakfast... that's my present " I say and she smiles widely at me before standing and heading towards the kitchen. As I go to sit down in the kitchen there's a knock on the door I look over at the clock and it's only 6. Also, everyone got to sleep in so I wonder who it could be. I look over at Nyla and she looks just as confused so we head to the door together.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY !" Mark and Andrew shout tackling both of us to the ground and we all start laughing. I look over at Andrew and Nyla and they are damn near having sex on the carpet so I look back up at Mark to distract me from being 3 feet away from a porno.
"Thank you," I say with a wide smile and mark just stares at me with an unreadable expression I try to avoid eye contact and gently push him off of me. He gets the hint and he stands as he puts his hand out helping me stand.
"Why are you guys up so early?" Adrianna asked with a raised eyebrow and Mark has a sly smirk on his face.
"Pa said to come to get you, he knew you girls wake up early," he says with a devious smirk and I look at him with a raised eyebrow because that still doesn't explain why they were awake so early. But I nodded and looked at Nyla her and Andrew finally came up for air she looks at me and I nod so she goes to the closet and grabs our sweaters and sneakers from inside. We throw them on and head out the door towards the house Mark and I are walking ahead and he wraps his arm around my shoulder. I tense up at first but I start to relax and I wrap my arm around his waist but when we reach the stairs he stops as he turns around and looks at Andrew. They smile at each other and as Andrew approaches Mark unwraps his arm from around me. Then they both quickly dash to the front door and close it behind them I look at Nyla confused.
"What the hell was that ?"I ask Nyla and she shrugs her shoulders as she tries to twist the knob on the door.
"It's locked," she says and I suck my teeth as I grab the spare key from on top of the door.
"I'm going to kill them," I say opening the front door and walking inside and it's surprisingly silent and not one person is around not even the guards which is strange.
"Where is everybody?" Nyla asks
"Maybe still sleep, Pa did give everybody they day off." I state and she nods her head before we head to the kitchen.
"MARKKK !" I shout shaking the walls I even startled Nyla making her jump but no one answers which is very weird someone would have been curious to who's voice that was so I nod to her and then we walk towards the dining room.
