Colby's POV

So as normal I was sat in my room when I heard Brennen making some uncomfortable noises that I didn't want to hear coming from Sam's room.

I am not going to lie I have liked Sam since Kansas but never had the guts to tell him.

When I finally plucked up the courage to tell him my other best friend Brennen told Sam he liked him and now they have been dating for 4 months.

Brennen didn't know I liked Sam so it wasn't like he was betraying me...

Suddenly I get snapped out of my thoughts to someone came home and then shouted they are home and it was at that moment I realised it was Sam and that if Sam had just got home then who was Brennen with.

Anger boiled inside of me but then I realised Brennen could just be with himself until I heard Sam walk in his room and scream.

Sam's POV

I came home early from work to surprise Brennen as we had an argument this morning but after he phoned me and apologised.

So I decided to surprise him with me being back early.

As I walked past Colby's room I was just wishing that I could be with Colby as Brennen treats me horribly and I have liked Colby for years..

Anyway I walk into my room to see the worst thing in the world..

Brennen in bed with my ex Kat!

I was so angry so I screamed

"WHAT THE FUCK"

"Oh my god, Sam! You're home early... shit, this didn't mean anythi-"

Before Brennen could finish his sentence Colby was in the room screaming at Brennen... but I wasn't listening, the world was spinning and before I knew it, my sight went pitch black.

Still Sam's POV

When my eyes started to open I saw my bed and looked to my right and there Colby was with his eyes completely red like he has been through hell.

"Colby?" I said shakily.

"Sam! Oh thank god you're awake, I'm going to kill Brennen even more for doing this to you!" He said cautiously.

"Don't worry Colbs, I'm fine I was going to break up with him anyway as I love someone else it was just a shock.." I whispered loud enough that he could hear me.

When I said about loving someone else I swear I saw Colby's face fall. Weird.

"Oh o-okay, who is the new girl?" He said sadly.

"It is a boy Colbs" This was it, I was going to tell Colby my feelings.

"Oh.. congrats then." he said in an annoyed tone.

"His name is Colby Brock and I am in love with him." The second I said this Colby leaped into my arms and we shared the most passionate kiss ever, and it was much better then I imagined it to be.

I couldn't be any happier I finally have the boy I have wanted for a long time and I'm never letting go.
