I had been ignoring calls from jaydan all morning. I had to try and talk to KJ again it was my only hope. Grabbing all of my things I checked out of the hotel. Pulling up to one of Kj blocks I parked. Sitting and thinking this is the first time I didn't know how to handle a situation. I seen the guy that got my car for me last night and I got out. The clicking sound of my shoes hitting the pavement made all the guys look in my direction. Although I had change of clothes in my car I didn't have shoes. "hey" I said walking up to him. "go to them other niggas to get served" the man said continuing his conversation. "actually im not here for that" I said. "then what the fuck do you need" he said looking at me. "I was looking for Kj" I said stepping back. "what you need him for" he said looking me up and down. "I seen him last night and I just wanted to thank both of you" I said. "both of us" dude said with a confused look on his face. "yes for helping me at Walton last night" I said. "oh shit my bad, I didn't remember you at first" he said sticking his hands in his pocket. "its fine" I stated. "aye call Kj and tell him she came back" he said to one of his man. "how did you know where to find him. "I didn't, I just seen you" I said laughing. "oh, you got a bad ass car" he said laughing. "Thank you" I said smiling. "The man came up and whispered something in his ear. "he said meet him at your house" OK, thank you" I said walking off. When I got in my car the sound of tires screeching followed by gun shots was all I heard. Looking out of my tented windows I seen four men dressed In black shooting at Kj crew. Grabbing both of my guns and putting a silencer on one, I got out. "shooting the 3 by the car with my silencer I walked behind the 4th guy who was standing over Kj friend. And pulled the trigger. "what's you name" I asked helping him up. "Tj" he answered. Hearing the sirens threw us off. "get in your car and follow me" I yelled running to my car. Making it 4 blacks from the scene I saw 5 police cars zooming down the street. I continued the drive to my house. Once pulling up I waited for Tj to pull up. "This your place" her said looking at the house. "Yep" I said walking in. "Where the fuck have you been" Jaydan said walking towards the door. "And who the fuck is this" he added. Seeing jaydan walk up kind of made me scared. "This is Tj" I said stepping back. "That's not telling me who he is" Jaydan said roughly grabbing my face. "You aint got to ask her who I am, be a man and ask me" Tj said. "let me explain something to you, this my shit" Jaydan said still holding my face. "Man let her go and I will tell you why im here" He said putting his hands in his pocket. Looking at Tj, Jaydan threw me on the ground. "What the fuck" Kj said walking in. "my bad, I had to take care of something" Jaydan said turning around looking at Kj. "I understand" Kj said looking at Tj. "take your ass upstairs" Jaydan said looking at me. "naw she need to stay and Kj we got a problem" Tj said looking at jaydan then at Kj. "y'all know each other" jaydan asked. "yeah this my brother" Kj said. "OK well lets step back in my office. Tj helped me up off the floor before we walked into jaydan office. "have you agreed to him being our connect yet" Tj asked sitting down. "nah I want to ask shorty a question first" Kj said looking at me. "what" I said confused. "wait did you want to add something in" Kj asked. "yeah, Avon put a hit out on us" Tj said. "what" Kj said. "Yeah, almost killed my ass on 14th street" Tj said. "how the fuck you get out" Kj asked. "shorty came out popping shit with silencer" Tj added. "Thank you for saving my brothers life" Kj said. "Naw thank you aint enough" Tj said. "what is" Jaydan said. "only way we do business with him is if he let shorty go with us" Tj said. Looking up I was speechless was I really out this time, could this had been my magic moment. "you take her I Have no money, no" jaydan said. "well no" Kj said. "look we can work something else out" Jaydan said. "her or no" Tj said. "fuck it" Jaydan said throwing his hands up. "naw I need more real information on you" Kj said. "OK ask anything" I said sitting up. Anything to get me out of here "what's your real name" "Tiana" I answered. "how old are you and where are you from he asked. "I'm 22" I said. "and where are you from" he asked. Thinking about the question was hard I didn't know how to answer it. "if she don't talk I aint taking her" Kj said. I knew if I wanted to get away from jaydan this was my only option. For 8 years I lived up the hill and then for the last 14 I lived here" I answered. "deal" Kj said getting up. Joy filled my body as I took the steps two at a time to what was now my old room. Grabbing some bags I though clothes in a bag not wanting them to change their minds I quickly grabbed my things. Side sweeping everything off my bed into a bag. Walking in my bathroom I removed the ceiling tile and removed the bag of money I had stashed. Running downstairs with all 5 of my bags I was met at the door by Tj and KJ. "We will be back for the rest of her stuff" Kj said opening the door. Tj took 4 of my bags we walked out. I wasn't even going to question why they wanted me. I was just happy to be away from jaydan. And finally complete the personal mission I had been working on
