Chapter 26

"the only person I love" you granted his wish, you repeated it slowly and softly, meaning each letter of it.

His smile grew wider, his eyes staring down at you, he lost his words or he just didn't have enough words to describe how happy that made him.

His arms gently pulled you into a big warm hug, leaving a soft peck on your temple, "I wish I told you everything before" he said and held you tighter.

(After breakfast)

"do you want to go out ?" Taehyung asked you as he sat next to you, close to you, on the big comfortable couch.

"I should go home, I have an early meeting tomorrow and I need to read some reports before" you said, your eyes fixed on something placed in the corner of the room, bags and suitcases.

"spend today with me, please.... I still can't believe you're next to me" he sweetly said, gently stroking the back of your hand.

You dropped your gaze to your tangled hands, wishing you could always be this close to him. But you weren't sure after seeing the bags.

"what's wrong ?" his voice made you look up at him, scared to lose him again.

"are you leaving ?" you quietly asked him.

He took a look at his packed stuff, understanding why your face suddenly saddened. He turned back to you and wrapped his arms around you, hugging you tightly.

"I booked tickets to Japan" he started.

"you're leaving me again ?" you immediately talked, your voice cracking.

"I've been in hell for weeks, even before the day that was supposed to be our wedding day, i thought you'd never talk to me, or even see me so I was determined to leave ....... But now I won't go anywhere unless you're with me" he tried to reassure you but he didn't get any response from you.

He pulled his head back a little only to find you struggling to hold back your tears.

"y/n.... baby, i won't leave, I promise ....." he talked again.

"I-I don't want to go through all that again" you desperately told him.

"you won't, I promise, as long as I'm still breathing, nothing and no one can bring us apart, okay ?"

You just hummed in response, trying to ignore all the bad thoughts in your head and hugged him back tightly.

Him is all you needed, you can get through anything as long as he's with you, supporting you, holding you and keeping you safe.

"now will you spend the day with me ?" he asked again, wanting to make you smile again.

"I don't want to go out ..... I want to stay like this ...." you spoke against his neck.

"but y/n ..... your arms around my waist, breathing against my neck and you being a sexy damn beauty is too much for me to handle, I'm a man after all"

You pulled away, your lips forming a pout. "I just want to hug you" you whined.

"and I just want to have you" he whined back, finally making you smile shyly.

"not now" you let out and threw yourself in his arms again, making him fall back on the couch as you landed on top of him.

"not now ?! are you doing this on purpose ? trying to seduce me, turning me on and then say not now ?" he tried to seem serious but you could hear the smile in his voice.

"but I'm not doing anything"

"exactly !" he exclaimed.

"what am I supposed to do ?" you asked and lifted your head to look at him but you made sure you were still close enough to let him feel your breath against his chin.

His hands slowly made their way down to you lower back, holding you tighter as his eyes were fixed on yours, biting down his bottom lip.

"kiss me" he demanded, desperately and lustfully.

He didn't have to ask you twice. Your elbows resting on both sides of his head, you lowered your face to his and captured his lips with yours.

His lips curled into a smile but didn't dare to pull away. His hold around your waist got tighter as he kept stroking up and down your spine.

Your hands wove into his soft hair as you ran your tongue over his lower lip causing him to whimper in delight. You couldn't help but grin at his response, it felt good to be in control.

His hands suddenly went farther down, squeezing your butt firmly, making you moan against his lips. He kissed you more passionately and you soon lost control as Taehyung dominated the kiss. He slipped his tongue into your mouth, exploring every corner of it and leaving sweet tangy taste that made you moan for more.

You gently lifted your head away, allowing some air into your lungs while panting. Your wide eyes remained glued on Tae's red face as you felt his bulge poking your inner thighs.

"sorry .... You have that effect on me" he said sheepishly, instantly moving his hands away from your butt to your back.

"I want .....t-to take this slowly- " you started, nervously yet feeling bad.

"I know" he flashed a smiled and pressed a soft kiss on your forehead.
