Wedding

When I woke up I was in Jacobs arms. I looked and saw him staring at me.

“You’re staring.” I said looking into his eyes.

“It’s hard not to stare at someone as beautiful as you.”

I was about to kiss him but we got interrupted by a knock on the door.

“You kids have three hours before the wedding starts get up!!!” Billy yelled through the door.

All of us stayed up pretty late after the bonfire so we were tired. We had been asleep for a long time. It was around 5pm. We all agreed that we would just go to the party. Bella didn't’t know anything about this. Jacob called Alice and let her know we were coming, he wanted to surprise her.

While Jacob went to take a shower I went through my suitcase to see what I would wear. When Jacob finished showering I went in and took a shower. After I got out I rubbed some coconut lotion on my body and got dressed into some regular clothes, I would wear my dress after I was done doing my hair and makeup. I curled my hair slightly and put on my makeup. I got dressed and looked at the time, we had half an hour to get to the party, I was done right on time.

“Avery, are you rea-” Jacob walked in and when he saw me his eyes went wide.

“Wow! You look incredible.” He said standing in front of me and taking my hand. He was wearing a white t-shirt and a navy blue blazer and pants.

“I could say the same for you Mr.Black.” I straightened out his blazer and put my hand on his chest. He cupped my face and light pecked my lips.

“We should get going, wouldn't't want to miss the party.” I said taking his hand and pulling him out the door. Sue picked Billy up, so that left Jacob and I to go with my car. We spent the car ride in a comfortable silence. When we got there you could see the beautiful lights hanging from the trees and the decorations were just breathtaking. The rest of the guests were already gathered inside. I felt Jacob tense up at my side putting his arm around my waist.

“What’s wrong?” I asked.

“There are other vampires.” He said.

“Relax, nothing’s going to happen.” I reassured him.

We walked to the back and that’s where I left to let Jacob have some alone time with Bella. I walked to the trees and waited there. Bella and Edward came out and as soon as Bella saw Jacob, she was shocked to say the least. She ran over to him and hugged him, Edward left going back inside. They started dancing, if felt a pang of jealousy go through me. Seth came and stood by my side.

“Wanna dance?” He asked smiling.

“Sure.” I said taking his hand while he led me to an open space. I put my arms around his shoulders and he put his hands on my back. We started

swaying back and forth just enjoying the peace when all of the sudden Seth turned around to look at Jacob and Bella. Jacob looked mad, he was shaking. He was close to phasing, before he could phase I ran to Jacob. Edward got there before me and told Jacob to let go of Bella. As soon as I got there I put my hand on Jacob’s arm.

“Jake, calm down, look at me, calm down.” He looked at me and realized what was going on, he released his hold on Bella.

“I’m sorry, I didn't’t mean to.” He said.

“Could you give us just a minute?” Edward nodded and led Bella back inside.

“I’m sorry, I don’t know what’s wrong with me.” He said looking down.

“Hey, it’s okay.” I went over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. He immediately hugged me back.

“Do you know nobody has ever calmed me down that quickly?” He said pulling back to look into my eyes.

“Just remember that anytime you need me I’ll be there for you.”

“Thanks.” He said kissing me slowly and passionately.

“Let’s go celebrate.” I said. He put his hand on my lower back and led me inside. As we made our way inside, all eyes were on us. We made our

way over to Bella and Edward so that I could finally introduce myself.

“Hey Bells, sorry about before, it’s really none of my business. But I wanted to introduce you to Avery, my girlfriend.”

“Hi, it’s nice to meet you, Jacob has told me a lot about you two.”

“It’s nice to meet you too, looks like Jake is all grown up now.” We all laughed.

“Hey Jacob, don’t let her out of your sight, it looks like you have some competition.” Bella said in a playful way, looking around the room, at first I didn't’t get what she was talking about. As I looked around I saw a couple of guys checking me out, and by a couple I mean a lot.

“She’s right you don’t even want to know what they’re thinking.” Edward said.

“He has absolutely nothing to worry about.” I said looking up at Jacob.

“I hope so, if you’ll excuse us I’d like to dance with my girlfriend.” Jacob said taking my hand and leading me to the dance floor. He put his hands on my lower back and I put my arms around his neck as he pulled me closer. As the night went on we danced, laughed and were just having fun. Bella introduced me to everyone. They were all really nice, we got on really well. Alice, Rosalie and I made plans to go shopping next week. Emmett was his usual playful self, and even Jasper looked like he was having fun. The night went by really quickly and it was time to go home. Jacob and I were walking to my car hand in hand.

“Jake, I’m tired, I can’t walk anymore.” I said whining. He came over to me and started carrying me bridal style.

“Is this better?” He asked. I nodded my head and kissed his cheek.

“You are going to drive me insane.” He said.

“Why?”

“Because, you’re absolutely incredible, and I feel like this is all just a dream.”

“That’s exactly what I feel when I’m around you.”
