Francis groaned softly in his sleep. His blond hair was messily strewn about, without a care in the world.
Arthur brushed a few hairs out of Francis' face. He couldn't help himself, and gently ran a hand down Francis' side.
"Art~...." Francis' eyes fluttered open, they were filled with a great amount of love that was all aimed towards Arthur.
Arthur placed a gentle kiss on Francis' cheek. "You are absolutely brilliant, you know that, right?"
Francis smiled sleepily and closed his eyes.

Francis slid out of bed, taking a blanket with him, and left the, still sleeping, Arthur to go downstairs and watch some television.
He sat on the couch and started pushing random buttons on the remote until the TV turned on. Thankfully, it turned on and was already on a station with Doctor Who. Francis squeaked happily and pulled the blanket tight around himself.
After about an hour, Arthur slowly crept down the stairs, wearing his boxers and one of Francis' shirts. He sat down next to Francis and pulled the Frenchman into his lap.
Francis kissed Arthur's chin and went back to watching the television.
Arthur ruffled Francis' hair and joined him in watching Doctor Who.

Francis shrieked and started thrashing around as Arthur tried to tuck him in. "NO! SCARY!"
Arthur sighed. "Francis.... I need to go work on stuff.... So, will you please calm down and take a nap...?"
"Nah tired!" Francis sat up and glared defiantly at Arthur.
"Mmhmm. Sure." Arthur placed a hand on Francis' chest and pushed him back down. "Go to sleep."
"Buh... is scary!" Francis started pouting sadly.
"Sleep isn't scary." Arthur pulled the blanket up and started walking away.
"Why no sleeps in your bed...?" Francis poked the unfamiliar blanket of the guest bed.
Arthur glanced over his shoulder. "I'm going to be working in my room."
"Buh... is scary here...."
The Englishman sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "It's a perfectly normal room... with nothing scary in it, I might add." He turned around. "Will you sleep if I get you your lamb?"
Francis nodded and Arthur left the room. He returned with Francis' sheep stuffed animal and handed it to him before kissing the Frenchman's forehead, ruffling his hair, and leaving without saying anything.

Arthur smoothed down the blanket on his bed. "There...!" He walked over to his desk and sat down in his chair before getting to work.
He was working for only a couple minutes before he heard the door open behind him.
Francis waddled in, still naked (he had never gotten dressed), and carrying his sheep.
Arthur looked up at him and sighed. "Yes? Can I help you?"
Francis plopped down into Arthur's lap and cuddled into him.
The Englishman sighed again before wheeling his swivel chair over to the bed and grabbing a blanket. He laid it over Francis and went back to working with the Frenchman in his lap.
****
Arthur finished all of his work and sat back with a content sigh, disturbing the French nation sleeping quietly in his lap.
Francis lifted his head, blinking sleepily.
Arthur took the chance to bury his face in Francis' neck, causing the Frenchman to grunt angrily. He curled his arms around his Frenchie's stomach and Francis grunted again.
"Sleep well, love...?"
Francis grumbled quietly.
"Someone woke up angry...."
Francis growled. "Stahp."
"Ooooh...! I'm so scared! You are so scary!" Arthur smirked and kissed Francis' neck.
"Non!" Francis roughly pushed Arthur's face out of his neck.
Arthur leaned away, a hurt look in his eyes. "Hey... what's wrong?"
Francis refused to even look at Arthur.
"Francis...?" Arthur placed his hands on Francis' chest and pulled him closer.
Francis grunted angrily and squirmed slightly. He placed his hands on Arthur's weakly pulled on them. "No... stahp...."
Arthur slowly took his hands away. "Okay... okay bud...."
Francis knitted his fingers into his hair.
"No no, Francis...." Arthur lifted his hands up and hesitated, his fingers hovering next to Francis'. He finally decided to touch Francis' hands and the Frenchman immediately shrieked. Arthur jumped and moved his hands away.
Francis started mumbling softly and rocking back and forth.
Arthur held his breath, terrified to move or make any noise.
Francis suddenly grabbed Arthur's hands and placed them on his stomach. He kept mumbling and rocking.
Arthur hesitantly started to rub Francis' stomach. Francis stopped rocking and Arthur feared he had done something wrong. He exhaled a breath of relief as Francis kept rocking.
"Hey, love..." Arthur cooed softly.
Francis growled and tore himself away from Arthur. He stomped out of the room, as best he could.
"Francis!" Arthur quickly chased after him. It didn't take much to find him. He stepped out into the hallway and was immediately pinned against the wall by the angry Frenchman. "Fr- mmph!"
Francis roughly shoved his lips onto Arthur's. He pulled away, licking his lips and glaring at Arthur.
"I- mmm...."
Francis' lips connected briefly with Arthur's once again. "Ssh."
"Don- nngh!" Arthur was quickly silenced by Francis' lips.
"Ssh." Francis glared at Arthur. He started mumbling quietly and touched a hand to Arthur's cheek. Francis moved closer and Arthur could make out a little bit of what he was saying. "Sheep... sheep.... Angleterre.... Why...? Can'.... Kiss me. No."
"Francis... plea- mmph...." Once again, Arthur had been silenced by a rough kiss from the Frenchman.
"Stahp." Francis released Arthur and quickly darted away.
Arthur cautiously followed him into the guest bedroom, just to be pinned to the wall again.
Francis growled softly into Arthur's ear. "Stahp."
"Nev- nghh...! Would you cut tha- mm. Cut that ou- ghm...." This time Arthur decided to kiss back and Francis stumbled backwards, taken by surprise. Arthur quickly pinned the French nation against the wall instead.
Francis whimpered and weakly struggled to get free. He looked at Arthur helplessly.
"Everything is alright...."
"No...."
Arthur pulled Francis into a gentle hug. "Everything is alright...."
"No!" Francis escaped from Arthur's arms and ran out of the room.
