"Why the hell are you here?", I asked the three fathers, all of them avoiding my gaze. They were sitting on my couch, still tied up but not gagged anymore. It went in order of Daniel Geir on the left and Andrew Libindine on the right while their ring leader, Michael Gespenst. I decided it was fitting for them to be placed like their precious monsters. But I soon grew irritated by the silence them were giving me. So I made it apparent to them shot the gun into the floorboards near their feets. "Talk!", I yelled, as they looked at me with fear in their eyes. Only Libindine looked interested as well. Unusual reaction from a man in this situation.
"It was all Gespenst's idea! He couldn't take the fact that his daughter was actually a monster to people!", Geir said, shaking like a pathetic weakling. He wasn't a bad man, just lacked spine in his back. He let the other two boss him around from what I gather but anytime he was away from them, he was a kind and generous man. The same could not be said about his daughter though.
"Oh you've always been a weakling, Daniel!"
"Actually, he has more spine than you, Gespenst.", Rob said, giving Daniel a soft smile. He seemed to be more relaxed because of the action. Good, he should be with Rob, he's a decent man. "Alright we're splitting them up. Rob, you get Geir, I'll take Libindine. We'll take Gespenst together. Sounds fair?", I asked, looking towards Rob. He nodded and walked toward Daniel.

We separated the three in different rooms. We put Gespenst in the study with all the guns and books, Libindine went into my room onto my bed where I was comfortable enough to get blood on the carpet if needed, and Geir was with Rob in the kitchen. I looked at the man in front of me. He was of decent age, late 30s to early 40s, just starting to gray a bit in his hairs, barely a wrinkle on the man though something tells me he tans often. "Are you just gonna check me out or are you gonna ask questions?", he asked, causing me to backhand him. He spit out some blood and looked at me with a smirk. Interesting.
"You know something the others don't. Tell me now or have a bullet in your foot.", I said, raising the gun to be aimed at his foot. He raised an eyebrow and sighed at me. "Really now? Is that how this is gonna be, Constance?", he said with a disappointed look, like he was expecting more from me. I lowered the gun, noting that fear isn't going to work with this one.
"Fine, I'll comply a bit.", I said, putting the gun on my dresser and pulling a chair for me to sit in across him. He lightened up a bit and smirked as if I played right into his hand before looking out the window. "Yes, I know numerous things the others don't suspect me knowing, of both them and" he looked towards me with devious eyes. "Verboten. Mainly who bought you from him, but other stuff as well like where he maybe hiding out.", he said, looking me dead in the eye. I was suprised, I had a feeling that he did know who bought me. The file said that the buyer was in the big city, that's about an 30 minute drive from Portum. But the fact he may know where Verboten was hiding out, where the monster was that I could snuff out in a second with a shot. This is an opportunity.
"Then what's holding you back from telling me?", I asked, staring at him intrigued. He smiled and looked down at the ropes. "The ropes are, Constance. Mind getting rid of them for me?", he asked, making me roll my eyes before pulling out a knife and cutting the ropes with one swipe.
"Now talk, what do you know?", I spoke narrowing my eyes at him. He took off his sunglasses and glared at me. "Don't take that tone with me, Constance, I haven't exactly said what I need in exchange of this information. It is rather important to you right?", he said, leaning onto my headboard. Make yourself comfortable, why don't ya?
"What do you want then, Andrew? Money, influence, sex?", I asked with a bored expression that was soon wiped from my face with a deep chuckle from him and a shake of his head. "Yes, yes and yes. But I can get that any time I want. I want... your dignity on a silver platter.", he said looking at me with a smirk, knowing full well I can't let this information pass by me.
"Fine, I'll do it. What is-"
"Ah, I haven't decided yet but you are a woman that probably wants payment first before anything else." He stood up from the bed and walked towards me. He leaned and whispered in my ear. "Don't trust the innocence of Rob for he knows full well who bought you."
I leaned away from him and stared him in the eyes, looking to see if he was lying but there was nothing. No hints of laughing or a smirk. No twitch, nothing of a tell. So he was either a very, very good liar or he was telling the truth. "Now, I will give you my number and I'll take yours that way you can know who is calling when that favor comes in."
"But that wasn't all the information!"
"Who said this was a one time deal? You want information that cost at least 10 favors of dignity, 40 if you want extreme details.", he said with a smirk. And that's when I realized that I just walked into lion's den, and punched the leader in the nose. I growled at him and he chuckled darkly. "Guess you didn't get you're parents traits of negotiating. It's fine, Constance, don't worry about it. Plus, it will show the public that you are willing to forgive those that hurt you. And let's be honest, as much as thanking the right people and gifting others with a story will get you places, this will get you to farther places."
I wanted to punch that smirk right off his face, but I knew he was right. I had to play by the world's game and use the cheats at hand. And right now, he held the wining deck for me. "Fine by me. But if something that puts me or anyone I know in harm's way happens, consider yourself a dead man."
He thought for a second and nodded at my part then gave me his phone. I input my number and gave it back along with my own. He input his and gave it back. Ugh, he called himself Sugar Daddy in my phone.
Instant regret now.
