A Burning Desire (Bakugou Katsuki X OC)

For the last few weeks Shoto has been Mei's friend. Almost everyday Shoto could come and visit her. But it was never Mei visiting Shoto. In Mei's animal sanctuary where his favorite panda was. It was his favorite animal, he loved it the moment he touched it. The baby pandas were also very cute and very rare to keep for yourselves. They were so small and fluffy.

"Do you like them Shoto?" Mei asked, her japanese more clearer after spending so much time with him. At that moment she was petting a baby panda that played with her hair. Shoot was playing with another baby panda, but this one was different than the others. One side was black and the other was white. Mei once commented on how much they look alike making Shoto love the panda bear.

"I love them!'' Shoto answered with a smile as his eyes seem to be focused on the cute little panda in his hand. The panda in turn made a little sound showing how much he loved the boy. He fed the baby panda some bamboo shoot that has already been prepared for them. The panda's parents are now eating biting their way to eat their food from a ball; inside there were honey, jam and bamboo. It was their absolute favorite. Since the panda's were too young to eat the balls they ate the fine chopped bamboo instead.

Pi Chan was going over to Mei and his little child. She saw the little one on her hand yawning in exhaustion. "Shoto!" she called earning the boy's attention. "They need sleep."

Shoto eyes then glanced at his panda who was name Yin "I'm sorry I have to go." he told the bear. He then placed him down so that he could make his way over to his other sibling and their father. Once untied with them they all went together to their cave for the night.

"Sorry we have to go so fast." Mei apologized standing beside her friend watching them retreat back to their home. Shoto just nodded and smiled at the girl as if it was fine. Mei grinned in return once realizing the time. Swiftly she grabbed Shoto's hadn't surprising the boy as she forcefully dragged him to the tank, the boy was shocked that Mei seemed to be holding their hands so tight making him blush at her actions. Once stopping in front of the glass tank Shoto immediately paled and tried to run away, but her grip on his hand bounded him from running away.

"M-Mei, why are we here?" Shoto asked nervously as his eyes were scanning everywhere in the tank to look for the terrifying shark.

"Today, my friend! Is the day we go swimming with him!" Mei declared

Shoto again tried to run away, but Mei pulled him back and urged him through a couple of stairs before arriving in a metal room with underwater diving equipment. "Can I not do this!" Shoto complained.

"No. You have to." Mei said.

When they got in there was already the caretakers of the tank working there checking on ever shark in the tank through hundreds of cameras. Once arriving there they immediately pushed a button where it released thousands of colorful new fishes into the tank serving as food. The manager recognized the two and ordered two of his team to suit them up into diving gear while he waited for them considering that he had a quirk that allowed him to breath underwater like a fish.

Shoto was sweating in nervousness as he was in the diving gear. They were to dive into the deep and it would be his first time meeting Bruce the shark face to face without anything between them. Having an instructor with him seemed to have only reassured him a bit, but he couldn't just get over his fear of the shark.

Pretty soon they were all standing on a platform that had the water underneath them. It was scary when it was dark from up there, they couldn't see anything from where they were standing. Shoto imagined that the shark's mouth might be down there waiting for them to jump right into it. Mei was excited to dive in as she had done several times. Shoto took a sideways glance at his best friend who was jumping on the spot in excitement waiting for the instructor's call.
