Chapter 1: Bright Light

Lloyd's p.o.v.

"Hyyaggh!" I heard Zane shout, running towards me. With my eyes blindfolded, I can hear him from 4:00 and swiftly dodge his attack, grabbing his two golden weapons as well and attacked Jay and Kai with them, knocking them down. I heard Cole backing up, locating where to hit me at for him and the others to attack me. I smirked, knowing how Cole is with his "dancing."

As he tried to do the triple tiger move on me, I swiftly dodged, dancing Salsa. I heard a 'thump,' signaling that I almost tripped him. Taking out clams, I started to dance with the flow, inching nearer and nearer to him. Hearing a bunch of shuffling, I made a move, twirling around like a ballerina and 'accidentally' kicked him very close to his friend. Just like that, he went down, probably scared half to death. I giggled, knowing I won.

Out of nowhere, I heard a familiar girly cry. Knowing that particular voice very well, I summoned lightning, mixing her soon-to-be water attack into a reflect, but triple the damage. I hear her whimper, knowing she dodged quickly. I only smirked and put a fire around her, swarming fire crackles whipping around the fire circle that she's in. She's trapped.

"Well done, Lloyd. But next time, please don't pull that stunt on me again," Cole gasped as I took off my blindfold. I only giggled, smiling at him.

"Sorry, Cole. Next time, I'll try to hit it." I replied, earning a yelp and the others laughing. Apparently, Cole got mad and decided to attack me. I only sidestepped and let his anger cloud his mind. Once he let the anger control him, I swiftly reflected his attacks, and pinned him down.

"Hehe. What's wrong Cole? Cat got your back?!" Jay snickered, looking at Cole's current situation.

"Shut up, Jay!" Cole shouted, getting off of the grip I had on him. He glared at me, sending chills down my spine.

"That's it. I had it! Lloyd, you're too strong! Where did you get it from, Garmadon and Morro?!" Cole screamed at me. I winced at the two names. I sighed, remembering the loss of my father and Sensei Wu's pupil.

"Cole! You know you can't mention his name around Lloyd! You know how sensitive he is!" Jay exclaimed, hitting Cole in the head. Cole whined, clearly mad at Jay than me.

"It's okay, Jay. Cole is right. I still need to train to control my powers, including my emotions at the moment." I reasoned with Jay, knowing him as dramatic as always.

I walked out of the room, collapsed in my bed, and sighed. I looked at the picture of me, mom, and dad, all one happy family. Well, we used to. Until Dad turned against mom and uncle Wu.

"That's the past, Lloyd. Move on now... Dad is gone..." I muttered to myself, tears welling up.

"He's not gone, Lloyd. He's still here," Master Wu said out of nowhere. I slowly got up, not surprised that Wu walked in.

"What do you mean, Uncle?" I asked, wiping my now flowing tears.

"He still in here," Master Wu pointed at my heart, making me smile a bit.

"I guess that's true," I said, seeing the bright light of the afternoon sun go down. The sun was so beautiful. It's like a bright light..

An: This may be a mix of LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and The Ninjago Movie.

It kinda breaks my heart when people rat me out, but it helps me get better at writing since I can't write for life soo... Yeah.. *coughs* And my friends might find this CRINGEY book I am about to create so... Who cares?

Heads up, I won't be able to update any of my stories until Friday through Sunday. If I don't upload then, it means I'm out with my cousins or too busy with my personal life.

Aaanyy wayyysss... Enjoy this book that is trash already and do what you gotta do.
