"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO DOING?!" another familiar voice rings in the room.

Zacharias.

I turn to look at a very furious looking Zacharias and turning behind me I face a heavy breathing Balthazar.

"Look man we…" Balthazar speaks.

"First thing, WHY ARE YOU BOTH HALF-NAKED? And secondly, I AM NOT YOUR FUCKING MAN!!!" Zacharias shouts back.

Ok, so Zacharias is damn furious, I see that but why? I have no idea.

"Why are you here?" I ask him. Zacharias turns at me, his pitch black eyes a bit softening at my sight, which is giving me some different feeling. What is wrong with me?

"I came here to talk to you about what happened today"

"Well, I see both of you want to talk about today!" I reply. "Let's do a thing? I can clearly see that you both cannot stand each other. And also I can feel something with both of you, which is so unreal but true. So for my sake, as I am hungry, do you both mind going to a nearby café or something so I can at least eat?" What? I care about my stomach as well.

"Sure" "Okay" both of them reply calmly.

As soon as the plan is made and I am kind of (just a little) having my inward happy dance, I hear a growl, from below my window.

"Its that prick! I will murder that son of a…" Balthazar scorns,

"Him as in?" Zacharias asks sounding puzzled.

"Her step-dad, Matthew! He…."Balthazar takes in a sharp breath. "…he tried to rape Kiara. I came here to talk to her but saw no one and her room's light was off. I was about to return back when I heard her shouting, and as I got in…"

I find Zacharias immediately beside me, "Are you okay? I am so sorry for even asking this! Shit!! I should have been here before. I…"

"It's okay Zacharias! Balthazar came on time. I am not much damaged."

"I will rip that shitty head of his!!!" Zacharias starts moving towards the window.

"And for the first time may be, I am with you" Balthazar starts moving there too.

"WAIT!" my voice comes out high-pitched even though I didn't mean that. Both turn towards me. Zacharias's eyes have turned so black, I cannot see the white in his eyes, fury written all over his face and Balthazar has golden glowing eyes and clenched jaw.

"I don't want a bloodbath right now, please! I am hungry! You two must know that more than any of you I want him dead! But not before…before Aiden gets here."

"Talking about Aiden, where the hell is he?" Balthazar roars.

Meanwhile, I can hear a car coming towards the house. Zacharias moves near the window. I hear some muffled voice and then comes thudding footsteps.

"Kiara? Kiara????" Aiden shouts. He comes running towards me and takes me into his arms."Are you okay? What happened here? What is Matthew doing down there coughing blood? And what are they doing here?"

"Your dad tried to…" Balthazar speaks up.

"…rape her! Why did you leave her alone? What came up so important that you left her here, unsafe?" Zacharias scowls.

Aiden's eyes widen. "Matthew did what?" I see his eyes glowing now. "Oh my god, Kiara! Why didn't you call me? Oh, shit... I am so sorry Kiara. I promised to protect you and I left!"  he clenches his jaw so tight.
