I drifted toward a log, and sitting down, I held my hands up, letting the comforting heat of the fire, smother me.

The beautiful golden sun was setting over the hills as the sky was painted with drips of scarlett. I sat huddled by the amber flames of the blaze watching the camp commotion die down to just sounds of crickets humming in the distance.

"Your tents ready" I heard the voice before I saw his face emerge from one of the tents. He edged closer to me, standing in front of me, looking down condescendingly. His wide grin stretching from chin to chin. He held out a hand, simply laughing, when I ignored it and stood up to dust off the dirt on my clothes.

He lead me into a tent. "You have everything you need in here, the wardrobe is there and the toilet is around the back. Be ready for 8 am tomorrow.I have a special day planned. Unless you want me to stay with you tonight...." he winked, gently laughing at himself.

"Er no thanks" I cut in. Trying to avoid whatever he had in mind.

"You'll say that now, but soon you'll be begging for me" his words lingered in the tent as he walked away...
