"Ahh, is the little princess this time I'm telling the truth." He spoke with a crooked smirk. I shook my head. The only way I was seeing was my own. I didn't know what was going on or what would happen, but I am tired of running, besides. I love it here. I've met some cool people during my stay and it's amazing, to be honest.

Throwing the bag of bottles outback and returning to the cash register to start counting out the cash and tips from the night. I nearly choked as I passed the one-thousand mark, we rarely make that in a night, soon I got to $1,347 and 56 cents in just the til alone. In tips, we both made around $200 each which was great. It meant that if be able to get some food for my apartment.

I put the money in an envelope and left it on the boss's desk in the back with the amount that was in it written on a sticky note. I soon finished my nightly chores while Stephen just sat there and watched me. "You can leave now, I just have to lock up," I said calmly, still angered while making my way to my bag with the keys were in my hand.

I left the building once Stephen did, locked it up, and saw that his car was still here and groaned internally, I wasn't sure if I was ready to face him every day. And knowing him he was going to be around. I walked away from the bar down towards my apartment. It wasn't a long walk, never is. I liked it that way. It made things easier for me..especially when I've had long days like this.

When I finally reached my apartment and unlocked the door, I hummed with content I pulled my hair into a small ponytail and walked to my bedroom, and started to get ready for bed, starting with a shower, after a quick one, I dried off and got into my pajamas which usually is a pair of sweatpants and a sports bra. "Ahhh, comfort" I mumbled to myself as I collapsed onto the couch. Soon groaning when there's a knock at the door. The knocking continued as I crouched "just a minute!" I was only mere centimeters away from the door, soon huffing as I opened the door.

"Can I help y-"I had cut myself off when I saw that it was only Stephen. "Oh. What do you want?" I said still definitely angry, even angrier now because I just wanted to relax and get comfortable.

"To visit my favorite girl." He smirked, which caused my brow to raise just a bit. "Mhmn, sure," I said crossing my arms across my chest and leaned against the door frame waiting for his real answer. "To see you, Sarah." He said with a little more firmness to his voice. With a sigh, I shook my head, still waiting on an answer. He was here for a reason, not to just see me.

"Why are you here?"
