Sadie lay on the grass around the lake and Caleb lay on top of her, already kissing her. He supported his weight with his arms and she ran her hands over his face, which he caressed as they kissed. It was a cold night, and they should be cold, mostly because they were wet and half-naked, but the warmth of their bodies, being together and wanting the same thing, dribbled and allowed them to continue like that.

Caleb started to kiss Sadie's neck to get some air, because since she had grabbed him inside the lake they hadn't separated their mouths. He lowered his kisses to her collarbone and she opened her eyes to the starry sky. Beautiful, she thought, Good to lose your virginity here! Oh my God! Am I going to lose my virginity now?

Caleb kissed vainly between her breasts that were clearly visible through her bra. Sadie started to breathe faster, a little at the touch of Caleb's mouth and a little because she was nervous. She hadn't thought of that. Of course, she wanted to, but finally being alive that moment was scary, but wow! Caleb was very good at what he did. However, he noticed Sadie's uneasiness.

"Are you okay, Sadie?" Caleb asked, raising his head to look at her. In that moment he had already lowered his lips to her belly.

"Y-Yeah... I am!" she answered nervously, hesitating.

"Are you sure?" He noticed her nervousness. "We can stop."

"No! I'm fine!"

She pulled him up, so she could kiss him and if she was lucky, stop thinking and do it at once. But Caleb wasn't yet convinced, and something occurred to him.

"Sadie, are you a virgin?"

Should she tell the truth or lie? If she lied and he found out, would he forgive her? What if she lied but in the middle of the thing it became obvious she hadn't done that before? She didn't know. She had never tried anything! She must have had a long talk with Millie about it. Then Sadie realized how hard it must have been for Millie. Glad she and Finn had worked, but it mustn't have been easy to give in to him like that. Maybe she should be more present in her friend's life. AND...

"Sadie?" She had gone far in her thoughts while Caleb had been staring at her for an answer. He even started to worry. "It's okay." He caressed her face. "You can tell me."

Well, she wanted to have a serious relationship with him. To begin with, she would have to be honest.

"Yes, I am," she said still nervous.

"Then that's it?" What a relief! "It's okay."

He stepped off her and straightened his pants that were half out of place after clinging to Sadie like that. Nothing else had crossed his mind, but that she might be giving up on him. The virginity they could solve, only later.

"Caleb?" Sadie was in a giant dilemma. She wanted to and didn't at the same time. In fact, she didn't know what she wanted, but she didn't want Caleb to leave. It was good to be with him that way.

She didn't move. Sadie was beginning to feel the cold and really wanted Caleb to come back.

"I'm not going to take your virginity here." He offered his hand to help her up. "Not like that. But we can date!" Sadie nodded and accepted it. "Great then."

She would fight no more. Maybe they should just go slow. Soon she would be 21 and imagined she was ready, because she had already had the opportunity to go further, but she had never wanted to, because she didn't feel like woman enough for that, but now that she was, she couldn't.

"We're going to have to wash it here," Caleb was referring to Sadie's back that was full of dirt because she lay on the grass. He then, out of nowhere held her and threw her in the water. "Much better!"
