I choked, and jumped up. I was still soaked, and we were still on the large, flat rock.

Reckson was down beside the shore, washing off his arms. "Hey Reck, what happened?" I asked. We've had had no luck at all so far. Could it get any worse?

"You pushed us down a big hill. I grabbed hold of a palm tree about a third ways down, and ran down the rest of the way to try and catch you before you fell off the cliff. Well, you fell down that too so I had to go after you." He explained, and I looked down at my feet. "You're lucky there were no rocks underneath the water where we landed."

"I-I'm sorry." I muttered, playing with my fingers. My arms were bruised and scratched, and the side of my head hurt, and I'm pretty sure the rest of my body looked the same as my arms.

"Hey, come here." Reckson said, waving his hand towards himself. I inched forward until I was sitting down next to him. He faced me and ripped a small piece of my long sleeve' sleeve off. Dipping it in the water, Reckson started to dab my left temple with it.

"This is fresh water?" I asked. Salt would've stung my wounds, and I smiled wide when he nodded quickly.

I realized how close we were, and his face was just a couple inches away. How'd he get that close? Reckson's face was actually quite attractive, and his eyes... I looked into his eyes, and instantly he looked away and cleared his throat. "Your head was bleeding.."

"Well, uh, thanks." I said, completely cool. "So, do you want to fill our bottles and then find some shelter?" I asked, getting up. My bruises hurt, and once I stood up, I hissed in pain.

Reckson was up on his feet, holding onto both my arms. "You okay?" He asked, a little sincere. I smiled, and then he frowned. "Let's go."

I followed after him, still smiling.

"The stars sure are pretty out here." I said, breaking the silence. We found a small circle of trees and built walls out of twigs and brush and branches. The view just out of the 'hut' was gorgeous. The stars were bright, and you could easily see constellations.

"Mhmmmm." Reckson replied, sighing. After a moment, he pointed up to the sky. "That one is called Pegasus." He started pointing out to some stars, but I couldn't follow.

"Don't even try pointing out constellations to me." I said, laughing. "I won't listen, trust me. Star gazing is okay, nothing more than that. I mean, its boring, maybe not to you, but-"

He raised his arms up in defense. "Okay, okay. I get it." He said, and it got quiet again. I was blushing furiously, realizing I had completely went overboard in my words.

"What will we do now? I mean, its not like we can just survive here." I said, rolling onto my side so I could look at Reckson. He looked at me.

"They'll find us eventually. Everything is advanced nowadays that it won't be too hard." He told me, but I could hear the doubt in his words. "Lets just hope that they find us, but don't think too hard on it."
