Chapter 2: Seeing him and déjà vu

I just want to say a huge sorry to the people who read this story but I gave one of my friends this story to work on, you know, so she can write it instead of me, her own little project, but, ugh, well she doesn't want me too see the work she did do (and I know you did do it) she's a little shy, but for now this is my own work but I can't say for the future, though.

Danielle's P.O.V

It's quiet. No one's talking; everyone's looking between me and Luke.

"Danielle?" Luke whispers, but I hear it from across the hall.

I smile, tears threatening to come down "Luke, Long time no see, aye?" My voice cracks. Before he can answer my phone goes off. Again.

'Rrrriiinnng, Rrrriiinnng,

Phones ringing

Yo' fool I said phones ringing-'

"Hello?" I say turning away from Luke.

"Danny babe, why did you leave without telling me!" Justyn cries into the phone. Justyn's my gay best friend. He was in Bangkok so I couldn't talk to him before I left and by his crying he's just gotten back and found out that I wasn't where I was supposed to be.

"Hey honey, I'm sorry... are you okay?" I ask, there's sobbing on the other side of the phone and rustling.

"Dan, it's me Max." I sigh but I still hear Justyn's cries over the phone

"Max. Are you okay?" In the corner of my I see Luke stiffen. Luke was in the group before he just disappeared. Him and the guys were really tight, they were all brothers even though they fought like crazy, they always had each others back.

I ask to be put onto the speaker again but then notice that everyone's gone again! Is it just me or am I repeating myself over and over again??!!

"Justyn can you hear me??" I say sitting on the stairs

"Yes." He mumbles not as hysterical as a few seconds ago.

"Honey, I'm sorry I didn't wait to say good bye too you before I left but I hate good byes, and you of all people should know that, I'm not good at letting go... Plus you can come and visit me! Whenever you want too you can come!"

"I miss you!" Justyn cries even louder, I try and calm him down and it take me nearly an hour to do that, when he's under control he goes off again "I'm coming this weekend! I don't care, hell I might come tonight..." he says and I can hear him making a list of what he has to pack making me laugh. I hear 'Hell yeahs' and 'me too' on the other line, that makes me roll my eyes at how those boys are.

"When you come, bring Bubba for me and my baby Andre."

"Yeah okay, Wifey, I'll bring Bubba and Andre for you!" He says happy now. That's Justyn, one minute he's crying the other he's happy, it's like bi-polar (a/n: No offence to bi-polar people, it's a serious condition,) just not bi-polar (get what I'm trying to say??) well any who...

I laugh "Thanks husband and don't cheat on me with Wes!!!"

"Never!!" He laughs with the other guys, except Wes himself.

"Shut up fatty!!!" Wes shouts over the laughing

"You! Don't tempt my Hubby!" I laugh and before he can swear some more I hang up with a sigh. I hear talking, but it's muffled. I walk towards the talking, each step making the voices clearer, I stop when I can hear everything.

"How the hell, do you know my sister??!!" Josh whispers urgently,

"I, ugh, I-" I walk into what looks to be the kitchen, my face blank.

"I knew him from along time ago, we didn't ever go out," Lie number one "I never liked him," Lie number two "He never liked me," Lie number 3 "We liked each other as brother and sister," Semi lie so lie 3½ "I have no feelings for him." True.

-Wow, I lied three and a half times in one sentence, go me!

They just stare at me with mouths open and I look at them, a little smile trying to come out. Oh man! Stupid! Why can't I stay angry for more than two seconds!!! I only can stay angry if someone really pisses me off.

"So, introductions?" I look at Josh with an eyebrow raised. He smiles widely and nods
