Opening your locker, a note fluttered down to the ground like a feather. Which read:

I will be hosting a party this Friday and I thought you might have wanted to come. You will need:

Your favorite beer, maybe pajamas? and that's it. Hope you can make it!

Your eyes lit up, you knew this was the perfect time to spend with Kenny. You guys have been dating for months, and never did anything seriously because of your tight schedule. This Friday you were free as the wind! It was gonna be perfect. Shooting to Kenny's locker, you told him everything about the party. A smirk grew on his face throughout your explanation about Kevin's party.

                       ~TiMe SKiP to pArTY sCenE~

You were having a blast at Kevin's party with Cartman, Kyle, Stan, and your boyfriend, Kenny. Stan was next to you, telling you some jokes. "What did the sheep say to the person that shears them? .. Shear-iously?!" Both of you bursted into laughter. "Sorry for off topic question, but do you know where Kenny is?" Y/n asked the raven haired teen. "No, I don't, sorry Y/n." He replied. "Shit." You mumbled under your breath. You asked a few people but all you got was 'No'. Until Cartman spilled the beans. "I think he went upstairs, Y/n" The 'Big boned' teen replied. You hugged him and flew upstairs. Trying to be quiet was kinda hard with all the creeky floors, but thank god the DJ turned up the music full blast. You checked every room, except for Kevin's bedroom. All you could hear through the door was Kenny's voice. Upon hearing his voice, you quietly opened the door to your boyfriend on top of a different girl. All you could let out at that moment, was "Fuck you Kenny!"

He noticed you were there and immediately tried to explain why he was cheating on you. Tears flooded your eyes, Kenny behind you, twisting and turning between people to stay by you. "Y/n! Please!" Kenny screamed. You ignored him, running to your car. Of course, Kenny didn't have a car yet, he rode with you. He saw your car disappear, but he wasn't gonna let you leave like that, so he called you. "Fucking pick up!!" He screamed into the phone. Y/n answered but didn't say anything. "Y/n?! Y/n! I'm sorry! She paid me 50 bucks for me to kiss her!" He tried to reason with Y/n, but she couldn't stop crying.

"I'm sorry Kenny, you know I'm sensitive to this shit! But go and do it to me anyway. Do I mean anything to you anymore? Just because we haven't done anything serious with our relationship doesn't mean you can-" Y/n got cut off by crashing into a car. "Y/n..? Y/n? Y/N?!!!" Kenny screamed into the phone. He shot back into the house to find the guys. "DUDE I NEED TO BORROW YOUR FUCKING CAR" Kenny shouted. "Jesus Christ dude! Calm your tits!" Cartman yelled back. Kenny punched him in the face, causing his nose to bleed. "JESUS DUDE CALM DOWN" Stan and Kyle both screeched. They pulled Kenny back away from Cartman. Stan threw him his keys. Kenny again shot back out of the house and into Stan's car. He flew to the Hells Pass Hospital.

He squeezed threw more people to get to the front desk. "Is Y/n L/n here?!" He asked hastily. "Yes, but you can't be in her room right now." The nurse replied. "What?! What room is she in?!" He screamed. "Room 691-" And with that, Kenny zoomed up to her room.

"688, 689, .. 690, 691!!" He gasped. The door bursted open with Kenny standing there, looking for Y/n's face. "Is Y/n L/n here?!" He screamed. The doctors and nurses were formed in a circle, and inside was a near death Y/n. Kenny gasped deeply. "Y/n.." A tear rolled down his cheek. "Sorry son, you're gonna have to leave this room so we can proceed this young lady's surgery." The doctor stated. Guards tried to push him out but he fought back.

Sadly, he lost the battle of him vs the guards.

                           ~~2 HOURS LATERR~~

It was 2 hours into Y/n's surgery, Cartman, Kyle and Stan came an hour ago to make sure I didn't kill anyone. "Kenny why did you cheat on Y/n? She's like the hottest girl in school and fucking cheat on her?" Cartman complained to Kenny. "Heidi paid me 50 bucks! Do you think I was gonna pass 50$ up?!" The blonde teen relied to the light brunette. "Do you think she'll be okay?" Kenny sighed. "Only god knows.." Kyle replied.

The doctor opened the door to reveal the news about Y/n. "I'm afraid we have to tell you that we will have to pull the plug." Doc sighed. Kenny's eyes widened. "But if you want to say your final goodbyes you can go-" Kenny zoomed past him and kneeled down next to Y/n. "Y/n.. I'm so so so so so so so so so so sorry. I love you. With all my heart. You're my Y/n." The blonde was full of tears, and gave one last kiss to Y/n's scarred face.

Y/n's eyes opened a pinch, just enough to make out that Kenny is right next to her. "I l-love you t-too Kennyy.." Her eyes closed again, and that's when the machine made that solid beep. Kenny gave one last kiss to his dead girlfriend. The guys walked up by him and he collapsed into Cartman's stomach crying his eyes out. The first thing that Cartman did was blush in surprise. But he patted his back to comfort him. "Dude, that's tough." Stan sighed. "Come on Kinny, let's go to Denny's and have some pancakes.." They all walked out of the hospital, and went to Denny's.

                   ~Time skip to 2 weeks from then~

Once again, the boys were at Denny's. Cartman eating the shit out of a stack of hot-cakes, Kyle going to the bathroom, Stan paying for the meal and Kenny frowny-facing all of his pancakes, and spilling his tears everywhere. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom.." The blonde sighed." You need to get your bladder checked out." Cartman said, stuffing his face with pancakes. Stan came back with some change in his hand. "Where'd Kenny go?" Stan asked. "The bathroom again." Cartman replied. Before Stan could say another word, someone walked through the door. "Holy shit!! Y/n!!" The raven haired teen grabbed Y/n and shoved her in the boy's bathroom so Kenny could see her again. "Hey Stan.." Kenny sighed. "I'm Stan now?" Y/n asked sweetly. "Y/n..?..!!!! HOLY FUCKING SHIT Y/N!!!" He shouted as loud as he could. The blonde boy hugged Y/n with all his strength. The hug soon turned into a deep kiss. They parted, panting.

"Kenny?"

"Yeah babe?"

"Your pants are still down."

Kenny quickly pulled up his pants and zipped them up. "Oh and Kenny?" Y/n finally asked. "Yes?" He replied.

"I missed you."

Well! I surprised you with a Kenny x Reader!! I'm still working on some stuff but I've been dying to write a story with this plot so hope you guys like it!
