Timothy Ah'Jahnz walked down the sidewalk, his hand in his coat pocket, fidgeting for his wallet. He let out a sigh, rubbing his face, walking into a corner store. He took out a dollar and fifty nine cents, "Pack of cigarettes." He said in his crisp British accent. The store clerk grabbed him a pack, taking his money.
"Have a nice day." The store clerk said sarcastically, ordering for the next customer. Timothy walked out of the store, going to his dorm room. As he walked, his cat ran up beside him, purring.
"What do you want?" his black cat looked at him, shaking its head. It ran off to somewhere, most likely the dumpster for a snack. He heard gunshots echo through the atmosphere, and people running from the opposite way. He quickly went to his satchel, reaching his arm deep into there.
"This is the one time where I should have put my wand in my inner pocket." He said, taking his arm out. He ran to the opposite way of where the people were running, seeing a young boy with a gun in hand. Around him, there was a man, a woman, and a presumably five yearold girl laying down on the ground. They were all laying in a pool of blood.
The boy raised his gun at Timothy, "Take one step closer and-and I'll kill you!" Timothy fearlessly walked over to the young boy. He took out a potion from his satchel, throwing it on the ground. Black smoke surrounded the scene. Timothy tapped his foot on the ground, the smoke clearing in his way. He walked towards the boy, who was coughing up a storm.
"Expelliarmus." the gun was ripped from the boy's hand, Timothy grabbing a pair of hand cuffs from his satchel. He threw them at the boy and they went onto his wrists.
"What were you thinking, son? You kill your mom and your dad? That's pathetic. And is that your little sister?" Timothy said.
The boy shot him in the knee cap, running away. Timothy looked at him, watching the boy running away. He snapped his fingers, turning into a black ball of smoke following after him. The puff of smoke got in his face, suffocating him. The puff of smoke took the boy's body, taking him to the apartment that Timothy lived in. He had apperated there, dragging the boy into a cell.
"You have 90 days."
The cell had been enchanted so he couldn't get out. Scraps of Timothy's food had been teleported there each day. He was lucky he was a boy. If he was older, he would be harder on him.
