“Harry Potter, there is someone here to see you.”

Harry sat up.  What time was it?  It was dark and everything was blurry.  Harry put a hand to where his eyes were.  Where were his glasses?  He felt around for them, his hand scraping on a stone.  Harry pulled it back fast.  It was bleeding a lot.  He held his stinging hand close to his chest while crawling around looking for his glasses.  He heard a crunch.  Harry looked down and found his crushed glasses.

“Clumsy, clumsy Potter.  Reparo.”  Voldemort pointed his wand at Harry's glasses, holding it lightly and delicately. Harry’s glasses snapped back together.

Harry’s glasses popped back into its normal form.  Harry picked them up and put them on.

         “Oh Harry!”

Harry thought that voice sounded familiar.  “Hermione?”

“Yes, yes.  It’s me!” answered Hermione.

         “Is Ron here?”

         “Right here, mate!” Ron said.

“Where are you guys?  I can’t find you.”

“We are right behind you!” informed Hermione.

Harry turned around and saw his best friends tied to trees, with their feet dangling a foot above the ground.

“Shall we get on with business?” asked Lord Voldemort.

“Sure, lets get this over with,” answered Harry.

“Now, Mr. Weasley and Miss. Granger, you are here to witness your, so called friend, Harry Potter’s death.”

         Hermione drew in a breath.

“I will not kill him instantly, though, because I want you two to see him suffer like he was the last three days.”

“You were torturing Harry!  That is inhuman!” Hermione exclaimed.

         “Do not interrupt!  Crucio!

         Hermione yelped out in pain.

“Hey!  You said that you wouldn’t harm them!” Harry yelled.

“I lied.  As a matter of fact, they will be killed after your death!”

“No,” Harry fell to the ground.  He couldn’t believe that it was his fault that they were going to die.

“Hermione won’t get hurt Harry Potter,” Lilac stated.

“You just can’t stop interrupting.”  Voldemort turned towards Ron.  “Your friend will pay for your misbehavior Mr. Potter.”

“Stop!” Harry got to his knees.

“Too late!  Crucio!”  Ron yelled out in pain.

“Stop that!  Stop hurting them.  They didn’t do anything!”

“Fine.  I will hurt you instead!”

“No!  Don’t hurt Harry!  Hurt me instead!”  Hermione wailed.  “Harry doesn’t know what he is saying.  He is delirious!”

“No, I’m not Hermione.  I know what I am saying.  You don’t deserve getting hurt.  I do.”

“Come on, mate.  None of us deserves what ‘Lord Snake Eyes’ is doing to us.” Ron teased.
