Chapter 5

JAKES POV 

As angel started closing her eye I held her head constantly talking to her to make her stay awake, I sat next to her and then I saw the ambulance pull up the paramedics jumped out of the van quickly and one of then took me to one side to ask what had happened.

Paramedic 1: what happened?

Jake: I don't really know all I saw was angel being pinned up on to the wall and then one of then stabbed her.

Paramedic 2: okay well we will take her to hospital now as she has lost a lot of blood so she needs to see a doctor quickly.

Jake: can I come with?

Paramedic 1: yes but who are you to her ?

Jake: a friend of her from school

they put angel on to a bed and then carried her into the ambulance I sat next to her and held her hand tight until I noticed the white bandage on her arm but I didn't say anything as it was not my place to ask. I looked down at the floor and waited until we reached the hospital I couldn't stop thinking that Jessie would keep doing this to her. As we reached the hospital they rushed angel into the hospital so that they could keep her stable, I tried getting into the room but they stopped me as I wasn't family and that they had to take her straight to theater to stich up her cut, I took out my phone from my pocket and phoned Chelsea.

PHONE CALL 

Chelsea:  hello Chelsea speaking

Jake: hey this is Jake from school angels been rushed to hospital

Chelsea: what why?

Jake: ill explain it all when you get her 

she ended the call so I sat down in the waiting room and waited for someone to tell me about angel and I waited for Chelsea to arrive. I waited for 30 minutes then Chelsea, Colby, Collins and Devan arrived they all looked worried and scared they all sat down close to me and held there head facing the floor.

Chelsea: what happened?

Jake: I don't really know much all I know is that angel was being strangled against a wall and then one for them stabbed her and the person who stabbed her looked like a girl.

Colby: how did you know to find her?

Jake: hmm well I know this is going to sound weird but I was waiting outside the woods hoping to see angel so I could talk to her she was walking down the street until she went into an ally way I thought nothing of it until I went to walk home and saw her there.

Collins: well were glad you found her.

CHELSEA POV 

we all sat in silence waiting for a doctor to come in, I couldn't help think about what Jessie said to her at school so maybe it was her as we all know she hates angel and will do anything to make her life a hell time. I continued to stare at the door hoping someone would walk in then a doctor walked in.

Doctor: who is here for angel Brooke?

Colby: we are 

Doctor: okay she is stable but she doesn't want to see anyone yet but you can see her through her window just walk to the end of the hall first window on the left.

Chelsea: why not im here sister

Doctor: I don't know by we have to respect a pations request 

I looked at him confused why wouldn't angel let us see her she needs us all now, the doctor walked out and we all walked out too just to go to angels window at least we could see her that way, we all walked there quietly no one spoke to anyone which was weird. we reached the window and angel was facing the other way there was someone in there with her all dressed in a suit which confused us all but we just waited out side, I noticed that angel was looking down at her arm stocking them, we waited for a while and then the lady with the suit walked out she saw me and walked up to me.

Lady: are any of you related to angel?

Chelsea: I am why ?

Lady: could you come with me into another room please

Chelsea: yh sure

we walked into a private room and she told me to sit down so I did she didn't look happy one bit she just looked confused.

Lady: you may be wondering who I am well I only get called in when someone has a problem

Chelsea: what do you mean.

Lady: my name is katie and well your sister has a problem

Chelsea: what kind of problem?

Katie: well angel has a self harming problem she has cuts everywhere arms legs and even stomach.

I looked at her confused I knew something was wrong with her but I didn't know it was that, she gave me her number and then she left, I walked back to the others and just looked at angel through the window so I knocked on it but she just faced the other way I knocked again and she got up I thought she was coming to talk to me but I was wrong she closed the blind so we couldn't see her I turned to the others but Colby was looking at the closed blind.

Colby: do you mind if I try and talk to her?

Chelsea: sure if you think she will let you in then yh why not then you might find out whats going on.

Colby: thanks

he walked away from the window and walked to the door he knocked on it and a small voice replied.

Angel: come in.

Colby walked in and shut the door after him I was confused why she only let him in I mean I her sister and she closed the blind on me, I started tearing up and Devan put his arm around me to comfort me whilst Collins and Jake we looking to the floor , I looked over to jake and it looked like he was crying.

Chelsea: thank you for saving my sister 

he looked up at me and smiled 

Jake: If I didn't she probably wouldn't be alive
