chapter 20

ANGELS POV

As I watched Chelsea walk up the stairs I ran out to find Devan, I ran down the street and down every ally way and every park but nothing until I thought of the last place he would go the woods by the school so I decided to run to the woods and find him, on my way there I couldn't help think about what Chelsea said to me I was shocked when she told me to cut I knew it was the alcohol talking but it still came out of her mouth. I reached the woods only to find a crying Devan who was holding himself tight looking down to the floor .

Angel: (sitting down) are you okay ?

Devan: ( sarcastically) yh im fine I just saw my girlfriend kissing another man.

Angel: sorry I shouldn't of asked

Devan: its not your fault im sorry for snapping

I smiled at him and put his head on my shoulder to comfort him, we sat in silence for a while until Devan spoke...

Devan: angel do you think that if you weren't with Colby do you think that we would have a chance together?

I stayed in silence for a while as I didn't know how to answer him....

Angel: hmm im not with Colby but I don't know about you your a great guy and perfect in every way but I have to many problems that not even I can sort out.... besides your with Chelsea..

Devan: am I am I really .....

Angel: to be honest im not talking to her anymore she had a go at me she replaced me and told me to cu....

Devans head shot up and I stopped talking he looked at me worried and confused

Devan: she told you to what ?

Angel: nothing please don't make me say 

he looked at me then at my arms I forgot my hoddie he grabbed my arms gently and turned my arm around I turned the other way so he couldn't see me cry and so I couldn't see his reaction, I guess he was trying to understand or something like that because he held it for a while and as I was about to pull my arm away he hugged me tight and I felt his tears fall on my shoulder so I hugged him tighter.

Devan: lets get you home 

I smiled at him and we walked home, Devan walked close to me and was almost holding my hand which made me smile a little bit. we reached the home only to be welcomed by Colby, Sam and Arya they all looked worried and they hugged the both of us tight. we all walked in and sat down on the sofa.

Sam: Chelsea still upstaries

Angel: dose it look like I give to shit to where she is let me think NO!

Arya: wow angel what happened to you to make you say such a thing?

Angel: SHE TOLD ME TO CUT AGAIN!

Colby: she did what ?

I looked at all of then and they looked shocked but I just clenched my fist I stood up and started walking around the down staries 

Sam: im guessing you did this?

Voice: told you that you are use less she told you to cut again what a bitch but maybe shes right your single for a reason. PICK UP THE GLASS AND THROW IT !

I walked to the kitchen and picked up the glass and throw it making it break into lots of bits some of it almost hit Arya but I was to upset to care, I picked up a knife and started waving it around.

Arya: angel put it down NOW!

Angel: step back from me now !

Colby: angel put it down 

Angel: everyone sees me as the same thing so I might as well keep the name right 

Devan: ANGEL PUT THE FUCKING KNIFE DOWN NOW !

they all stood there and looked at me I stared at them all and looked at the knife, I thought about it for a second ....

Voice: DO IT NOW

and with that I raised the knife up and stabbed it into my arm I did it twice before everyone ran up to me to make me stop. Sam took the knife and put it into the sink, Colby took my jumper of the chair and wrapped it around my arm whist Arya called a taxi and Devan sat crying on the sofa.

Colby: fuck sake girl why 

Angel: get of me let me die

Colby: Sam: help me hold her down

Angel: if you love me let me die

Sam: that wont work your not dyeing on us now you have to live

Angel: why everyone is in a happy relationship me I've got nothing so what's the point

Colby: THE POINT IS YOU HAVE EVERYONE HERE YOU DIE WHY SHOULD WE LIVE

I looked at him and tears ran down my face Colby held me close and the taxi pulled up, Colby picked me up and Sam came with us whist Arya and Devan stayed home. On our way to the hospital Colby kept whispering something to me but I couldn't hear it until we went over a bump and it was a little louder

Colby: we love you so much 

I stared into his blue eyes and he stared into my blue eyes, we reached the hospital and Colby carried me in he shouted loudly for a doctor and to our surprise it was the same one who always sees us.

Doc: hey what's wrong now 

Colby: she has stab wounds to the arm

Doc: follow me we will fix it for you 

we walked into the room and luckily it didn't go to deep even though I did it twice, the doctor gave me a few stiches and then let me go, Colby was with me the whole time whilst Sam waited out side for us, as soon as we left the room Sam pulled me in for a hug.

Sam: how are you btw

Angel: im okay it wasn't that deep so im okay 

Colby: but your not okay you stabbed your self because of everything that has been going on

Angel:(smiling) ive got you all right 

Sam/Colby: yes

Angel: then I will have to sort myself out and be fine
