Railey's POV
My jaw dropped. I would say literally, but that would just be horrifying, but at this point, I don't think anyone would doubt me if I told them. The person that just entered the room, was the same person that kissed me in the parking lot. I couldn't believe my eyes, this had to be a horrible dream I was having. Immediately, I pinched myself in hopes that it was just a bad dream and would all go away.
"OUCH!!" I yelped, gaining attention from everyone in the class, including Isabella who had been staring at me for quite some time, but tried to hide it, which wasn't very successful. I gave everyone an apologetic look and sunk back down to my seat, having a horrible realization that it wasn't a dream at all.
Clearing her throat, Isabella spoke up once again, this time, indicating a visible authority in her voice, "Students, attention. As you all know, I am your new English teacher. For the rest of the year, I will be here to stay whether you like it or not, as your superior and teacher. I hope we can get along as teacher and student."
It was bad enough that I kissed my English teacher of all people, but her emphasizing that she was my teacher made it worse. I suddenly felt sick to the stomach, wanting to bell to ring already so I can get out of this god forsaken nightmare that just came true.
Half an hour passed with a class lecture about the fundamentals of English and her understanding where we were left of during our last lesson. I couldn't hear anything, I wasn't paying attention to a single thing she was saying, because I couldn't. I was just dumbfounded by the events that had occurred today, knowing this was reality was the worst feeling ever, period. I just sighed, worst day ever.
Why did it suddenly get dark? I slowly looked up at the looming ti- I mean, se-, fucking hell! Isabella! She was standing in front of my desk glaring at me! "Have you been paying attention to my class at all, Ms. Heckerman?" She asked, slightly menacingly, emphasizing on my last name, which made me cringe a little...okay, maybe a lot. You can't really blame me, can you?
Before I could speak out, she demanded sharply that I was to stay after class, which in turn also gave some sort of invisible sign that said, "Do Not Mess with The New Hot Teacher". I could only sit silently at my desk and listen to the rest of the lecture in utter fear and silence, not knowing what was in store for me after class. Remember that I wanted the class to end? Well, I didn't now, not anymore, just so I don't have to face her.
As if hearing my deepest demise, the bell rang my death tune. "Well, that's all for today class, I'll see you all tomorrow. Dismissed," Isabella said after the bell died down. I just sat there, as everyone was walking out of the class, waving their goodbyes to each other and Isabella. Hearing footsteps walk out the class was the same as hearing a time bomb ticking and not be able to do anything.
I heard the door lock with a click, then...silence? Confused, I raised my head steadily, glancing at her. She was watching me, and was frowning, but it looked more like a sorrowful frown than a disappointed frown. She hadn't said anything for awhile now, just watching me from where she was standing. It didn't look like she was going to initiate a conversation, so I did.
"W-what is this?" Well, that was lame. Why did I stutter? I just feel stupid now. "It was a mistake anyways, the kiss should never have happened, it was a spur of the moment thing. Please forget about it," speaking up suddenly, as if she just rose up from the dead silence. I was hurt, those words hurt me, it was the first time I felt like that, and I hated it. I looked at her, hoping that her eyes would tell me otherwise, but she just turned away, not making any eye contact with me.
With that, she unlocked the door and used her teacher voice, "You are free to leave Ms. Heckerman, I do hope that you pay more attention to my classes in the near future." I was furious, she acted like nothing happened! I mean, of course she had to, given her position, but I wasn't thinking at the time, and stormed out with my belongings, not wanting to see her anymore. Sadly, I had no choice.

Hi everyone! Long time no see! Here's the new chapter of the story. I apologizes for the delay, I wasn't really in a writing mood and ideas weren't coming to me, so I kinda postponed it.
With that, I'd like to ask you, my readers, if you would like to have a specific date for me to publish a new chapter every month? I've decided to keep things consistent by uploading every month, I just don't know which date. So, I've come with a conclusion to ask all of you! Just go to the link below and vote, simple enough.
