Chapter 2: Goodbye

Last time on ...... A lie! Oh how I've always wanted to say that! Sadly I didn't say it, I wrote it.;-;

But before he could answer Lisanna went into her tigress form to scratch Flamebrain. Huh, I didn't know how much it suited him until I actually called him that. "You're an absolute idiot. *Giggles creepily* I don't care if you were my childhood friend. Not anymore... YOU'RE NO CRUSH OF MINE!"

Wow, Lis is really loud...

"C-crush? W-wow, I didn't know you liked me in that way... to be honest I like you too!"

"Natsu, Natsu, Natsu... you missed a key part of information... you're no crush of mine! Natsu you really need to listen..."

Huh, the creepy smile must run in the family!

Lucy POV

I put my hand up signaling for her to stop. Bangs covering my eyes, and a grin as wide as Flamebrain's, I walked across the guild to the stairs. As I started walking up the stairs, I started to giggle. (A/N - =_= In her situation I would not be giggling... but hey, people have different perspectives!) Big mistake Dragneel. You will need me in the future, I just know it.

Once I walked up the stairs, I knocked on a locked door opposite the staircase. "Who is it?" I'm going to miss that kind, rough voice belonging to the Master.

"It's me, Lucy Heartfilia."

Master replied, "Oh come in child!"

"I can't, the door's locked." I said

"Use the spell I taught you."

I almost forgot about that spell.

~Flashback~

"Natsu, you wasted all our travel money!!!"

"Not my fault, I was hungry! And I didn't eat breakfast!"

"That's your fault!" I sighed, Natsu is hopeless. "Nevermind..."

I walked over to the bar, stressing out. "Mira, do you know why Natsu is so like, well..." 

"Childish? It's just the way he is!" She interrupted.

I sighed, I'm so tired of Natsu's complaints. "See ya, I'm going to go home for the day."

"Wait before you go, what did he do this time?" Oh, where do I begin?

"He spent all our travel money on food, plus it was to the town my father works in, so I'll just have to wait before I can see him again..." I saw Master staring at us. As soon as he saw me looking at him, he turned his head to the wall. What a strange man! I'm too tired to deal with this.

I said goodbye to Mira and went home, had a shower, got dressed in a warm cat onesie and had dinner. After dinner, I jumped on my bed, stuffing my face in the pillow. I lay on my back for a couple of minutes, then turned onto my back staring at the walls for what seemed like hours. In reality, it was only a couple of minutes. That is, until a voice broke the silence. "Lucy can you hear me?"

I jumped in shock. "Who's there!?" 

"It's me, Makorav! I heard what you said and Natsu can be silly sometimes." He explained.
