Gomen, Potatoes! I haven't updated in a while AND the last chapter was an author's note, so it's been a while. So here's a reminder of the last Chapter!

I cross the finish line just as Cake uses he requip of Fairy Armour to be able to get third, Floof comes in second, Minerva fourth, and then Jellal and so on.

I can just feel the anger radiating off the Fairies now...

At the hotel, my team is congratulating Layla for a great win, I think we are on around 40 points. Tomorrow will be Pandamonium. And I know exactly whom to choose.

Morning comes. We all get dressed in our team clothes, that the king only assigned to us today. It's blue with golden swirls, dresses for the girls and a weird type of flexible tux for the boys. At least the dresses are comfortable?

We go to a small, cheap cafe and get breakfast. For some reason, we are made to wait for the Sabertooth guild. By mother of course. We walk in silence, we've all been allowed to take off our capes, except for mother. I tie my golden hair into a high ponytail, making it fall in a straight line along my back. We enter the guild entrance and say goodbye to Sabertooth, we walk to our balcony and gather around the edge.

"Hello, Fiore!" The MC announces, "Plans have changed!" Everyone mutters. What does he mean, that plans have changed? The plans for the games or something? They can't change the games plans! We thought the whole thing out, including what we are going to say!

"We will be doing today's fights, then MPF.... And after that, we are doing Grand Magic Games!" He shouts, erupting the whole stadium into screams of excitement.

What? I think, Why!? That's wasting a couple of days worth of fights! Great.

"Settle down! Settle down, everyone!" He MC yells. "W-Well, the first fight is Lucky H V.S Storm F!" He continues.

Finally. The audience will have a nice treat today. A Fairy and a Dragon. But, this time, the fairies magic isn't gonna work on the dragon. And the dragon is gonna squish the fairy.

I get pats on the back by my team, I lock eyes with Layla. We both look stern as we both nod. I walk down the winding staircases to the arena. I walk out with determination. And so does Storm.

Little does he know. The dragon is not his friend.

Sorry, it was short, I'm planning to end 'A Lie' in two chapters. I love writing and I hope you all respect my decision! OwO
