You looked over and saw Sans sweating nervously, he really didn't seem to want you to tell what he had done. But, there was something about King Asgore's character that told you he could tell a lie from a truth. You couldn't get Sans out of any trouble, you'll just have to hope Asgore will show some mercy.
You took a deep breath, "Sans killed Frisk."
Everyone gasped and whipped to face Sans as he shrunk down in his coat. Sans quickly made a peace symbol and teleported away to who knows where.
"Sans? Sans killed Frisk?!" Undyne gasped in surprise.
"Papyrus, did you know this?" Asgore asked with a furrowed brow.
"I JUST FOUND OUT A FEW DAYS AGO, HE HID IT FROM EVERYONE FOR YEARS." Papyrus replied.
"I'm assuming he still has their soul?" Asgore asked.
You nodded, "Is Sans in trouble for not giving you the soul?"
"Punishment is a definite, but the severity will depend on his explanation."
"As for you and Papyrus," He looked you both up and down carefully.
"You are pardoned from your crimes under one condition." He continued.
"And what is the condition sir?" You asked as you clung to Papyrus.
"If something happens to Frisk's soul, I can use yours." Asgore bargained.
"Asgore!" Toriel gasped.
"I'M SORRY SIRE, BUT I CANNOT DO THA-"
"No Papyrus, I'll take up his offer." You took a deep breath and walked to the intimidating king.
"Are you sure?" Asgore asked.
"I'm positive," You replied as you held your hand out for a handshake.
He paused for a second before he slowly shook your hand, sealing the deal.
"Just kill the human! Their love doesn't matter, she's the enemy!" Undyne yelled.
"Why doesn't their love matter?" Toriel asked Undyne.
"He's a skeleton and she's a human!" Undyne pointed out.
"You and Alphys are different species of monster, yet you two believe you belong together." Asgore commented.
"But we're monsters!" Undyne argued.
You felt yourself getting angry at Undyne, she had no right to judge your relationship with Papyrus. You couldn't have been the only human to fall in love with a monster, there are years of history that would have allowed that to happen.
"So? We all have the capability to love and be loved." You responded to her flatly.
Undyne scowled, "Fine, I'll respect the king's orders but I won't approve of your 'love'. Don't expect me to support you two or come to your wedding."
You blushed at the mention of a wedding, would you two ever get married? The image of you being in a beautiful white dress flashed through your mind, but you shook the thought from your head. You had just started dating Papyrus, hell you hadn't even been on an official date yet. It was not any time to think about marrying him.
Papyrus seemed to turn a faint red at the mention of a wedding and sighed, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUPPORT US UNDYNE, JUST KEEP IN MIND WE LOVE EACH OTHER JUST AS MUCH AS YOU LOVE ALPHYS."
"aw, did we all make up now?" Sans asked from the top of the stairs.
"Sans Issac Gaster, get down here." Asgore commanded.
