When Peeta and Finnick came home, as they promised , they never left again.
Finnick had his birthday party and ate sugar cubes. But most important he was with Annie.
And soon they we're engaged.
Gabrielle loved baby Hope. She played with Hope when Katniss and Peeta were at work.
Gabrielle also fell in love with a boy named Jamie Theo Shadows. He was her boyfriend and they loved each other every bit as much as Katniss and Peeta.
Katniss and Peeta were inseparable. They loved Hope. She was their hopeful rose for which they named her Hope Rosetta Mellark.
The rest of their lives can't be told in a simple epilogue. There are many more chapters in their lives. What matters is that their dream came true. They are together and they are happy.
As for Katniss' nightmare, it was forgotten. For there was a happiness and hope in her life.
It was just a nightmare,
