a month later

"It's crazy. In two months we're out of high school. For good." I laugh walking into the school. "Oh my god, i know." Scott replies, before grabbing the door to hold open for me.

"Hi Lizzy, Scott." Ashley, one of my cheer friends, greets us. "Oh hey guys" Carmen says. "Come on girl let's go to french class" Ashley says. "Ok, one sec" i tell her turning the Scott. "I'll see you later." i tell him, giving him a quick kiss before walking off with the two of them.

"Girl, has he asked you to prom?" Ashley asks.
"Um, no not yet." i tell them. Carmen stops walking, "Are you serious? It's next week and he hasn't asked you?" she exclaims. "I'm sure he will." i say before continuing to walk.

"I bet you guys will win prom king and queen." Ashley says with a smirk. "I'm not Tessa, i don't care about that shit." i remind her.
"Speak of the devil." Carmen mutters.

Tessa rounds the corner as if in slow motion, Bella on her right and Lydia Jones on her left. Hmm, a replacement. I watch Lydia as she walks dramatically behind Tessa, a huge smirk on her face. I notice that her style has changed to match Tessa's criteria. An extremely short black skirt and a tight white top. Her brown hair bounces around her shoulders in tight curls. I roll my eyes at the sight of the three.

"Um excuse me? Move." Tessa demands. Ashley and Carmen roll their eyes at her but move to the side. I narrow my eyes. "I mean it Winters. I don't know if you realized but i have a lot of power in this school." she says with a wicked smile.

"Yeah, she does." Lydia adds. Tessa rolls her eyes at her before returning her gaze to me. I glare at the red head bitch but move to stand next to Ash and Carmen.

Tessa, Bella and Lydia sway past with some football players behind. I look at Daniel and see his arm around Lydia. I roll my eyes again. That is ridiculous. "Come on let's go to french." Carmen says quietly, taking my arm and leading me off.

A few hours pass and eventually it's history. I walk into the room and go to my usual seat. Sadly i still sit next to Tessa since the teacher didn't let us swap seats. She hasn't arrived yet so i sit and glance at Scott's seat.

His eyes are already on me. I grin at him from my seat before pulling out my history book. "Alright class, let's get started." the teacher says.

5 minutes into class, the door is thrown open. Tessa steps through the door and walks to her seat next to mine. She throws her bag down and sits back, giving me a fake smile.
I glance at Scott who is looking at her irritated. He turns back to face the front and i do too.

Eventually the class ends. As i pack my bag up, i feel an arm go over my shoulders. "Hey Lizzy" Scott says, a smile on his face. I grin at him before zipping up my bag. "I'm starving." I tell him, "Thank god it's lunch."

We walk down the hall into the cafeteria. We walk off to our usual table with Ashley, Carmen, and a few footballers, Chris and Ryan. Ash and Carmen persuaded them since Ash and Ryan are together and Carmen and Chris are.

A few minutes later, Tessa, Bella and Lydia walk through the door, Tessa immediately placing herself with Nathan. I laugh a little at the ridiculousness of it all.
