Chapter 2

Louis P.O.V

I woke up the next morning with my hair sprawled all over my face. My clothes were twisted, the duvet was off. This meant I must have had a pretty rough night sleep. I rolled over and looked at my alarm clock. It clearly wasn't morning. It was 4:00pm! Why hadn't the boys woken me up? I jumped out of bed and quickly slipped a shirt on while racing down stairs.

It was unusually quiet. But that silence was broken by a few giggles. I poked my head around the corner to see Harry, Niall, and i think it was Hali sitting down watching a movie.

"Hey........" I said and trailed off.

"Oh hey. " Harry and Niall said in unison. Hali gave a small smile and wave before speaking.

"Hi, I'm Hali. Harry's new uh..... Friend. "

"Girlfriend," Harry corrected her after giving her a peck on the lips. Hali blushed a little. I couldn't help but feel a little lost without someone. I felt distant and lonely. I was gonna go out today, get some space, but i guess that was kinda ruined now since its 4:00pm.

"Why didn't you guys wake me up?" I asked.

"Uh... well Niall told us you had a bit if a rough day yesterday, so yeh. We thought you might want some rest."

"Okay." I replied simply and walked out of the loungeroom.

Grace's POV

I was slowly walking around the streets of London with five giant and heavy bags of shopping. Thats what you get from a day at the shops. I was just about to start driving when my phone rang. When i answered it I was surprised. Not by who it was but the tone of voice he greeted me with. You did not need to be Einstein to know that something was up with Louis. My words practically came out for me.

"What's up Louis?" I asked.

"Oh, uh nothing could u please meet me at Nandos in 10 minutes?"

"Uh, yeh. But whats wrong?"

"Just meet me there in 10 okay?" He replied with a slight edge to his voice.

"Ok," i sighed, "See you there." I was literally 10 steps away from Nanods so it wouldn't take me long to get there. I wonder what was wrong.

Louis' P.O.V

"Hey Grace." I said in and undertone as she sat down at the table.

"Hey, whats up?" she said in a concerned voice. I didn't reply. I just stared into those peircing blue eyes.

"Please tell me," she spoke again. I couldn't not tell her. I had to tell her. She was the only person that actually knew about me and Lily. Here I go.

"Lily cheated on me with Harry so I broke up with her. But I forgive Harry because he didn't know about us. But I like her but I was consigering on ending the relationship anyway because I'm in love with someone else. But I don't think she loves me back!" I blurted out so everyone could hear. Luckily not many people were in the restaurant. The story would get out on the news anyway so it didn't really matter.

"Oh, I'm so sorry Louis," She replied while giving me a big hug.

Wait a second, did I just tell Grace that I was in love with another girl but she doesn't love me back? Oh no! What if she finds out? She was the girl I was in love with. I just hope she didn't catch that bit. I was speaking quite fast. But the chances ae very low that he didn't hear it.

"So who is this mystery girl your so in love with?" She said quietly to my ear with a little chuckle. Yep, she heard me allright. I was so glad we were still in the embrace because I was going bright red.

"Uh....." I thought for a while. What was I going to say to her? I couldn't just say 'Grace I'm in love with you'. As far as I know she doesn't even love me back!

"An old friend," I said, "A very old friend. You wouldn't know her. Plus I don't want to spill out all my secrets in public!" I said in a fake happy voice while tapping the edge of my nose. Grace just smiled. I wonder what was going through her mind right now. I only wished it was: Oh Louis Tomlinson why can't that girl be me? You are my day and night! My heart and soul! Oh how I love you so! I smirked at my thought and Grace gave me a smile in return. Of course it wasn't true though. She didn't love me. You could easily tell that. We stared at each other in the eyes fir a while. It was kinda akward, or as Grace would say: AWEKIEZ! I love it when she did that. It made me so happy.

"Um, should we get something to eat?" Grace asked breaking the silence.

"Oh, yeh. Hehe. Of course.' I said with a little smile on my face.

Grace's P.O.V

As I was driving home I couldn't help but feel a little happy. Louis is single again! When he told me I found it kinda hard to keep a smile off my face. Luckily I gave him a hug straight away. Louis has the best hugs ever. It sounded really wierd when I said that in my mind but it was true. All of it was.

As I walked in the door I blurted out all of my feelings.

"Oh Louis Tomlinson why can't that girl be me? I love you more than anyone in the world! We would be perfect for each other!" I slapped my hand up against my mouth as I reallised that Kelsey would be home. We were friends from school. She was my flat mate now. She came around the corner with her arms crossed and giggling.

"Oh Louis Tomlinson won't you just jump in my bed and we can have some fun!" She mocked me as I gave her a friendly glare. She knew I loved him anyway. We were really tight so I knew she wouldn't tell anyone.

"Shut up Kelsey!" I said as I pretended to be really angry. She raised her eyebrows at me and I gave a frown in return. I couldn't keep the smile off my face forever though.

"Oh whatever! You got me!" I laughed out.

"That's what I thought." Kelsey said back with a wink and then she walked back off into the lounge. My dream would never come true though. I mean, what are the chances of Louis Tomlison asking you out? Practically zero. My thoughts were interrupted by my phone ringing. I glanced down to see who it was. Louis. What did he want? We just spent a couple of hours together.
