clare's pov:
carm and i got ready to got out together, i straightened my hair and put on lots of makeup, usually i don't wear makeup but i need people to think i'm 21.

"so we're going to quarters, i've heard it's like 3s back home," carm said. back in high school our friends would go to 3s all the time because anyone can get in.

"ok sounds good, we gotta make sure to invite people who smoke to the party, that is key," i told her.

"and hot boys," she added.

"hmm i don't know about that, i do have luke."

"oh are you inviting him to the party?" she asked. i haven't decided yet, he probably shouldn't come because drug dealing is going to be going down but if he's home he probably will want to go. i should invite him because he'll find out about the party and at least i asked.

"maybe, i'm gonna try to convince him not to come."

"how are you guys, you seem to have hit it off. have you even spent a night in our apartment?" i started to laugh.

"no i haven't haha! i probably won't even sleep here tonight. i just really like luke and want to spend all my time with him. i hate lying to him about so much but i'm pretty sure it's for the best." i unloaded on carmen.

"what are you lying to him about?" she asked.

"being a drug dealer, technically he's never asked directly so that wasn't a lie. i told him we were just going to a restaurant tonight, that was a lie."

"do you not want to go out?" carmen asked.

"no i do! i just can't tell luke, it's better if he doesn't know." he would just get mad and it's not like i'm going to stop just because he told me to. 

"ok well speaking of drugs, i finally got an ounce of weed so wanna smoke?" she asked. finally! i haven't smoked in 4 days which is really weird for me.

we smoked 2 bowls on her bong and rolled a couple blunts for the night.

"dude this is super good!" i exclaimed.

"yeah dude it is but let's head over to bailey's house, we're gonna pregame there, again, *chuckles* then head to bars."

"who's bailey?" i asked.

"this girl i met, you'll love her."

"when did you met her?"

"when you were with luke," she told me.

when we got to baileys there was already a big group of people there that carmen seemed to know.

carmen introduced me to everyone and they all seemed very nice. bailey and i got along very well. all night carm, bailey and i we're together and laughing.

i got pretty drunk before we left for bars which was great because drinks are so expensive.

"don't worry guys, i grew up around here and have been going to this bar for the past 2 years, if i could get in then you can get in then, i mean now. plus we're all super hot so why wouldn't they want us in there!" bailey explained cheerfully. she was short and blonde but she looked like she could kick someone's ass if she tried. she's going to nc on a soccer scholarship so she's apparently really good.

we spent the night talking to a bunch of random people, if they smoked and seemed cool, we invited them to our party. it wasn't all business though, we did lots of dancing too.

around 2 am i saw carmen dancing with a hot guy. i walked over to them so i could talk to carm.

"hey girl! this is ashton!" she said referring to the guy behind her.
