I slipped on my Converse and went down stairs. "Cory?" I asked as I went down the stairs. No one answered so I figured he left already. I sighed and grabbed my car keys off the kitchen table. I drove to the hospital where Cory works at. i parked it next to his and wen inside. "Hello Cassidy!" the lady at the front desk said. "Hello Ms.Hopkins how are you on this fine morning?" I turned my head and Cory was walking down the hall with a folder in his hand reading something. "He looks mad" I said. "Maybe you should go ask him?" she said. "Be right back!" I said and ran to Cory side and wrapped my arm around his shoulders "are you mad about something Mr.Lopez?" I asked him. "Yes Mr.Lopes is very mad because he doesn't have time for this" he sighed. "Awe poor cutie I'm sorry about that. Guess what I did" I said. "What did you do sexy?" He asked. "Well... I quit my Chipotle job" I sighed. "What?!? why?!?" he asked. "Because I did. I couldn't deal with my boss's shit. Always yelling at me and stuff. Telling me you're getting in the way of my job" I said. "How am I getting in the way of your job?" he asked. I smiled "well ladies I'll see ya later I gotta go apply for a job at Walmart" I sighed. "Have fun! hope to see ya back" Tara said. "Don't worry I'll be back so I can't pester Cory more as he's working" I yelled. "Hey I heard that!" he said. "Bye Cory" I laughed and left. First I went home and changed and the. I went to Walmart and applied then I went back to the Hospital. "Hey guys" I said. "Hey! you're back" Tara said as she put papers in a file in a drawer. "Like I said I'll be back to pester Cory as he works" I laughed. "He's on his lunch brake. He should be in his office" Ms.Hopkins said. "Yay! I got my dad to deal with all that. I asked him to pay for the bills for us. I didn't even do my work today. I was expecting this" he said. "You're so bad" I said. "I know I am" he smiled. "Well you Mr.Badboy better get to Taco Bell and get applied'' I said. "I will I have get my stuff first" he said. "well get to it" I said. "Can you pwease help me?" he asked. "No..." I said. "Pwease!!" he begged. "Fine..." I sighed and helped him. "Thank you!" he kissed my cheek. In no time after that we were all done packing. "That wasn't hard was it?" He asked in a southern accent. "No it wasn't hard at all. Ya know I forgot that you were born in Texas?" I chuckled. "And I forgot you were born in Michigan" he said. "Haha okay" I laughed. "Let's go!" he sighed. "Woah Lopez where you goin?" frank (a guy that sorta bullies Cory) asked. "Home" he said and grabbed my hand. "Who's this pretty lady?" he smirked. "This pretty lady would be my wife" he said. "Bye guys! come to Taco Bell on 5th avenue if you wanna see ya me again" he said. "Bye guys!" I said. "Bye cassy!!" they said. i smiled "are you sure you wanna-". Cory kissed me. I rolled my eyes and kissed him back. "Yes Hemmings" he smirked. "You didn't just say that!" I said. "Oh yes I did!" he said and ran to his car. "Cory!" I whined. "Whattttt?" he asked. "I love you!" I yelled and got into my car. "I love you too babe!" he drove off and honked his horn. I smiled and drove off. When I got home I parked in the drive way and got out and ran into the house. "Mugh" Cory said. "Mugh!" I yelled. "Hi Cj!" he yelled. "Hi Cory!" I yelled. "How are you?" he asked softly. "Wonderful! how are you?" I asked him, plopping down next to him on the couch.
