I didn't even close the door as I ran into the house. "Mom! Dad!" I called, running into the front room. Everyone was there and looking at me as I fell to my knees.
"Caleb, what's wrong?" Mom asked, she looked concerned.
"I've found her!" I told them. Their confused expressions were obvious. "I've found my significant." I clarified.
My Mom ran straight over to me and embraced me into a hug, crying. My Dad followed. Gran was next. Not long after I had the whole room around me, congratulating me. Mom and Gran were both in tears.
"The imprints are back," my Dad said. "This is amazing, but you're so young..." Mom helped me up onto the sofa, whilst Dad was pondering over how we were so young.
"So tell us about her," Gran said. "What clan is she from? I didn't know any other clans were around here."
"She's... she's human," I replied. Everyone looked at each other in shock. Jen ushered Maria upstairs, knowing that we'd be having a conversation for a while.
"Dear..." Gran muttered. "That's not going to be easy Caleb..."
"Where is she now?" Mom asked.
"Kyle's taken her out... I didn't think she'd handle everyone tonight."
"How is she handling things?" Dad asked.
"All right, shes just a bit freaked," I said.
"I sympathise for her," Gran commented. "It's not easy, expecially when everythings changed so drastically."
"Caleb, you're very welcome to stay here for the summer so that you are closer to this girl," Uncle Max said before leaving the room with his wife. I guessed they were giving us family time together.
"So how did you meet her?" Gran asked.
I grumbled, god withdrawals kick in fast. "She saved my life. I nearlly got killed my a truck and she pulled me back."
"Are you already in withdrawal Caleb?" Dad asked.
"I think so," I muttered.
"Right don't think about her, I know that's hard, but it will help with the withdrawal pains."
"Impossible," I replied. "Wait, is she in this much pain aswell."
"She'll feel it worse than you," Gran replied, honestly.
"Gran!" Mom said.
"Well, I'm not going to sugar coat if for him. But if Kyle's taking her mind off it, then she'll be fine."
"Why did she go out with Kyle anyway? How does she even know him?"
"They graduated together. She skipped a grade and graduated early," I told them.
"I still don't understand why you've imprinted so young," Dad said. "Or why you're feeling the withdrawals so soon. It doesn't make sense. I'm going to go and do some research. I'm proud of you son," he told me, before leaving the room.
"So we're meeting this girl tomorrow right?" Gran asked. "What's her name anyway?"
"Maggie," I told them. "And I guess so, but I'm not sure, depends on her. She took it kind of well but she nearlly fainted twice."
"Why?" Mom asked.
"Well... Kyle wasn't exactly making it easy on her." I grumbled. "He was supposed to be going on a date with her tonight so he wasn't too amused."
Gran sighed. "The silly boy. There's a no dating rule for a reason."
"You'll just have to keep an eye on him with her, this is the last thing that she needs right now," mom told me, rubbing my arm comfortingly.
"I know," I grumbled.

Kyle finally arrived home at just gone eleven. "How did it go?" I asked him. "Is she okay?"
"Fine. Yes." He snapped then walked upstairs and went to bed.
I grumbled as I walked upstairs. I was aching really badly, and was really worrying about how Maggie was taking this. I hoped she wasn't feeling the withdrawals as bad as I was.
Sorry for the short chapter, it's just a filler. I needed this so you understood what was going on for the next chapter
