In this quietness we stay
Like nothing can sway us away
For you I smile
You make me cry my frustrations away
In this soundless moment we stay
We push the pain away
Even When our hopes and dreams seems to be unrealisable
Taking a break from the race for the model of perfection
Breathing quitely and smiling at the beautiful imperfections
At this moment nothing can take our peace away
We smile as we observe our negative thoughts decay
Nothing can pull us apart as you and I lay
You whom I had pushed away , wounded unaware
In this quietness we stay
