I woke up in a hospital bed.
Looking at my self I saw a couple of yellowed bruises on me.
Kai was sitting by my side asleep with bags under my eyes.
I looked to see that stitches where almost healed.
I remembered what had happened.
"Kai," I said shaking him.
He looked up and started to cry holding my hand to his face.
"Kai what wrong," I asked.
"I-I thought I lost you," he said through sobs.
"I'm alive, I'm ok," I told him and wiped his tears.
"I marked on you," I said shyly.
"I know it weird isn't it," he said smirked.
It was weird, it seemed that my life revolved around his know.
"Is everybody ok," I asked.
"Yup, that vampire clan is dead," he said," no more Cole or Emma."
"You killed Emma," I said in shock.
He nodded his head.
"Are you ok about that," I asked.
"I was over her the day I met you," 'he said and grabbed my hand.
I sighed in relief.
"It turns out when she became a vampire Terra's family adopted her and she ran away five weeks ago," he said.
"Oh that explains alot, but they didn't know," I asked.
"Nope and they never will," he told me.
"Is her family ok," I said.
"They will be ok," be stated hard.
"How did I survive," I wanted to know.
"After I killed her Troy found you and carried you here," he said seriously.
"I owe my life to him," I said thinking.
"Ya he was upset when he found out about....," he said shyly when a nurse stuck her head in and quickly yelled for the doctor.
"We need to go know," he whispered.
"We can't, how."
"The doctor knows our secret."
"How?"
"He's my dad," he sighed.
"Can I meet him," I giggled.
"No we got to go home."
I groaned in defeat.
After we left the hospital we went to Shayla's house.
"Thank god," Shayla said hugging me almost crying.
All the boys bear hugged me also.
"We thought we lost you," Lou said.
"We were so upset," Seth told me.
"I- we are just happy that you're safe," Troy said sadly.
"Let's take a walk," Kai told me and pulled me into the woods.
"So what about my powers,"I asked
"You'll get to stay here, instead they are coming here to help."
"So I don't have to leave," I asked quickly.
"No."
"Yes!!!!!!"
"Taylor calm down," Kai chuckled.
"Sorry," I said giggling.
He kept laughing at me.
"Kai what's going to happen next," I asked.
"I don't know but at least we are together," he devilishly.
"That's cheesy," I laughed.
"No it's not," he said pulling me close to him,"your just a wisecracker."
"You are too," I replied childishly and he laughed.
He leaned his head on mine.
"I'm just glad your back," he told me.
"Just shut up and kiss me," I laughed and he did passionately.
It's hard to see him as the Kai I first met.
He was stuck up, rude when I met him, but know he's the love of my life.
I'm pretty sure that what he thought me too at first, but you know our bark is worse the our bite.
