While walking he saw thanos who also wanted the infinity meatball.
Thanos said "I've been expecting you Garfield."

Thanos tried lasering Garfield to dust but Garfield doged the attack.
Garfield got his tactical shotgun and killed thanos.
But before thanos got to 0 health he got away.
Garfield grabbed the infinity meatball and left.
The lasanga said "hey Garfield you have to be careful because thanos might come back"
