Chapter 5: Here We Go

MIKAYLA'S POV

I'm so excited for today. Jack is picking us up in 10 minutes. I can't believe I'm going to Hawaii with my best friend her crush my crush and two guys I don't like. This should be fun. There will be a lot of drama but I have a feeling I'm going to get closer to some people. 😏 Soon I see Jack's car pull up. Jacki and I run out before he could come knock on the door so I don't wake up my parents.(they know I'm going) Hack helps us with our bags. I hop in the front of his black Jeep Wrangler and Jacki hops in the back.

"Hi😊" I say to Jack excitedly

"Hey" he says and kisses my cheek. Wait we aren't a couple anymore why did he do that? Did I not tell him I wanted to break up? Or did it not go through his head? Whatever I don't want to get into a fight this early in the trip.

"So who are we going to pick up first?" I ask but that was kinda stupid since Sam lived 3 houses down from me. So I add, "after Sam"

"Umm Johnson" Jack replies. Chad lives closer to the airport so we are picking him up last.

Once we have picked everyone up we go to the airport. It took forever to get through security. Eventually we got into the plain and took off. I was sitting between Chad and Jack. Well this is awkward. I look over and Jaclyn was between Will and Sam. I could tell Sam was being a creep so I chuckle to myself a little. Chad notices what is as laughing at and he joins in. Jack didn't catch on so he grabbed my hand. God I have to talk to this kid about our relationship. I pull away because I didn't want Chad to notice.

*IN HAWAII AT HOTEL*

*JACLYN'S POV*

So we need to decide our rooms and there are 7 of us so there will be 2 rooms of 2 and one room of 3. M and I took one of the 2 person rooms. Jack and Jack took the other and Chad Will and Sam took the other one. I feel kinda bad for Sammy cuz he isn't really close with Chad and Will so it's kind of awkward for him. Sam pulls me aside. I'm surprised because we haven't really talked a lot before. Why can't he just talk to M.

"Hey so I don't really know Chad and Will so can I switch with one of you guys?"

"Why can't you switch with one of the Jacks?"

"Because they are like a package deal when it comes to traveling" really Sam? Nice excuse. If I switch with him that means Mikayla is stuck with someone she isn't happy with but if Mikayla switches with him Will would get mad at me and M would be with Chad.

*SAM'S POV*

"Okay we are changing rooms! So Johnson you're with me. Gilinsky you're with M. J your with Will and Chad you are also with me" okay hopefully that works. Mikayla looked furious she started walking towards me

"Are you serious Sam?! You know I don't want to date jack anymore!"

"I know it's just go along with it I have a plan😏"

"What kind of plan?!"

"You will find out soon" Mikayla just walks away grabs Jack's arm and walks up to their room.
