It's been a year, a full year since Jungkook and you started dating. A year since his mother shrieked in excitement when she opened his room finding the two of you naked under the sheets.

A year since they've been pushing you two to get married.

It wasn't as smooth sailing as you thought it would be after that. You fell in love with the campus fuck boy after all. News about him flirting some girls at school reached your ears but you never confront him about it.

It was a year since you started working while he was still at his last year of college.

Against his mother's wishes, Jungkook was firm for you to still live in Lisa and Yoongi's apartment. His reason, he would never give his mother the license to force the two of you to get married. Every weekend, this is your date. The usual movie marathon. You sat on his lap as a bowl of popcorn lay on yours.

"Me, too." He said as he pushed you to seat beside him instead of his lap and focused on the movie. "I didn't got you anything, I forgot."

"I figured that much." You said.

It was an action movie he chose and you drifted with all the noise from the guns. "By the way, Lisa's pregnant."

Jungkook shake his head but didn't looked at you. "So?"

"Oh! No— I don't mean— I don't mean I want it but— uhmm they said I should look for a new place. They're gonna make my room a nursery." You said.

"Are you asking me to go apartment hunting tomorrow? I'm kinda busy with school. I mean I'm forced not to study right now so I only have tomorrow, it's exam week." He said stuffing himself with popcorn.

"I'm not asking anything, I just thought you should know." Because maybe you could ask me to live here with you. "Do you want to study now? I could leave."

Jungkook stopped for a bit and then looked at you. "Is it okay? Are you sure? You won't get mad?" He said.

"Yeah, I'll just go back to my apartment." You took your backpack and stood up. "Bye bunny. Good luck on your exams."

"Thanks, Noona— Baby." He said and turned off the television. "Lock the door on your way out."

"Sure."

You went into a park instead of going home. Lisa and Yoongi are probably gushing over her pregnancy. You always went to the park whenever you're pissed off Jungkook, and then it became your sanctuary. A reminder to never doubt his feelings for you.
