I caused pain
I know I did
Making you suffer the pain I've lived
The suicidal thoughts
The feeling of never being good enough
I brought you back, feeding you lies
Lies which will be my demise
I stocked up on love quotes while swooning for another
My heart just doesn't belong to you
I make promises I can't keep
Futures that will be bleak
If I don't stop myself
I'm all wrapped up in blame
My heart feeling guiltier by the day
I caused this all
This snowball of drama,
The useless feelings inside
The hope I would come back for you
The one I never knew
I did because I couldn't stand the pain
I take the blame
I had nothing to gain from this
I'm just a selfish bitch
I promised marriage but I must stop here
We can't go further with my commandeer of your heart.
So here we part, my heart hurting as I wish I never hurt you.
Because that's the pain I caused.
