The school day had passed like a freakin flash. Jacob and I had finished basketball practice a little early as our first game was in a couple weeks and I needed the boys in top shape if we were gonna win. As me ans Jacob walked home from practice I finally got the chance to see that my baby boy was becomin a man. "Hey dad can I ask you something?" "Sure sure son ask away" "well.... how did you and mom manage to get totgether?" That was one of the first times that Jacob had ever asked how Yui and I met, he never asked that beforeso I figured it had to be something new that developed. "Well Jake, thats a very long and kinda complicated story. Well, your mom isn't like me and you, she's human and so she got sent to live with us because there was this whole big prophecy going on that your grandfather had made a while back. Well, honestly I'm suprised your mom even fell for me in the first place, I was a massive douche to her and always played with her heartstrings. But, I gotta confess I'm glad she did, thats the thing about women son, they bring about the best of a man even when there acting at their worst." "I never knew that dad, well you see theres this girl her names Erica." "Oh my god, my little boys got his first crush haha" "shut up dad I was just wondering if she would be able to come over sometime, just as a friend of course." "Of course anything to get my little boy his first girlfriend hahaha" "she's not my girlfriend dad jeez." He can try and deny it all he wants, he's just like me whwn I first started falling for Yui I did the exact same thing. Eventually when we got home Yui was already there waitng for us. "Hey babe, how was the meeting today?" "Hi boys, it was really good how was school sweetie?" "It was ok dads just harpin on me about some girl but it's nothing serious." "Aww my baby's growin up." "Mommmm not you toooo!" "Its nothing to be ashamed of yoir father and I were practically the same way when we first met." "Anyway, whats the news sweetheart." "Start packin your bags boys we're movin to the city, Mr. Yamazuki agreed to partner with us and he's giving us one of his penthouses outside the city free of charge." "Thats awesome babe I'm so glad for you." Then she jumped into my arms and started kissing me so much. "Ugh mom dad, get a room you two." "Oh cmon son this is how you were born you gotta learn sometime." "Dad your so embarrising jeez" and with that he ran off to his room and brooded. Well looks like we'll be movin out soon.
