Chapter 9: Another Strange Encounter (Part 2)

Tsukki/Kuroni's POV

Zalgo put a hand on my shoulder and looked at me with a smirk. "Don't worry little lamb.... I'll be sure to take care of you." He said, his eyes turning into that crimson red color.

I looked around and saw... Nobody.

It was empty.

I felt drousy all of a sudden... As if I we're being... Drained...

I snapped back to reality and shoved Zalgo over into the road. I let out a low growl, feeling my energy flowing back into me. I let out a sigh.

"Well then... If you wish to play like that..." Zalgo then grew black horns, his face resembling some-what of a skeletons.

I swallowed as he grew taller, his clothing ripping here and there. I looked around praying to lord that Kuchisake-Onna was somewhere around.

She wasn't.

Should I run? Wouldn't work, he's a supernatural being. He'd probably catch up easily.

Should I fight? Hell no. I don't have any powers or special abilities.

I don't have anything. I'm such an excuse for two legends' child. I closed my eyes shut tightly awaiting for any pain to come.

'Kuroni..'

I heard... A voice..

A man's voice this time..

I open my eyes slightly.

Black?

I completely open them, my pale arms crossed right in front of me... And some tentacles... Going through Zalgo's stomach.

Zalgo turned to dust.

I doubt he's gone though.

It was then that I felt a sharp pain in my back. I let out a scream in pain as the tentacles that protruded from my back went back in.

I fell to the ground, my vision going blurry once again. I saw some black shoes before finally passing out, my vision going black.

"There you are."

I opened my eyes..

I was little.

I was looking up at my father.

"Yes the meeting did not last as long as I had originally anticipated." That woman's voice echoed in my ears.

It was then that I realized I was being held.

"While I was about walk in I found Kuroni attempting to wander off." I looked up at Hachishakusama who was looking at Slenderman.

I looked down at myself. I looked about 3 years old.

Slenderman faced down, looking at me.

"Ah.. I see." I could sense that if he had a face, he'd be smiling. I felt something wrap around my body and bring me closer to him.

His tentacles unwrapped me and I landed in his arms. "Papa!" I yelled and saw myself embrace him.

I wasn't in control of my body at the time....

Was I having some sort of vision?

"Well she is definitely her father's girl." A soft chuckle was heard after those few words.

"And yet she is beautiful.. Just like her mother."

I gasped and woke up in a cold sweat, a black blanket covered me up to my waist.

I blinked and looked around.

Was I in a hospital room? But it's all black..

I heard somebody walking in through the door.

I laid back down quickly and pretended to be asleep.

I heard some heels clacking as the person enters the room. My heart beats fast, wondering who the hell this person is.

"Alright Kuroni... Wake up!" I heard a woman's voice.

I refused to open my eyes.

The woman shook me a little.

I finally stopped resisting and I opened my eyes.

There, at my bedside, stood a nurse dressed in all black, a black mask covering her mouth and her brown hair covering her right eye. Her red eye looked at me.

I sat up, a little alarmed and back up onto the head of the bed. "W-Who the hell are you?!!" I asked.

I could tell she was smiling under that mask of hers. "Oh my name is Nurse Ann. You don't remember me?"

I shook my head. "Have I... Have I known you before?!" I ask.

Nurse Ann nodded. "Don't tell me you forgot already. It's only been 10 years since we last saw each other."

I look at her in her red glowing eyes.

"Your father told me to retrieve you... Welcome back Kuroni.."
