Tsukki/Kuroni's POV
We stared at eachother for a moment. Slenderman finally spoke up, braking the strong ice that kept us from speaking to one another.
"I don't believe I recognize such a name of an ally of mine...."
The back of my throat hurt a little. How could this be my father? He was nothing like the person who was in my dream.
Jeff seemed a little shocked too and Kuchisake-Onna looked a little infuriated.
"W-What?!" Lazari asked as she walked up to Slenderman. "But that's the one! I'd recognize her from anywhere! Me, Sally, and Kuroni would play together everyday!"
I didn't attempt to correct her on her grammar. She looks like somewhat a seven year old kid anyway, it's not supposed to be perfect.
Slenderman simply shook his head. "There are many tall, pale white, children that claim to be mine. Kuroni could be a popular Japanese name here anyway."
I felt my heart ache. Why was I feeling this way for someone who probably wasn't even my father? At this point I didn't really care anymore... I wanted to go home..
"Why are you refusing your own child?" Kuchisake-Onna spoke up but still keeping her slightly quiet tone.
Slenderman turned his head to face her. "I assure you Kuchisake-Onna, the probability of this girl being my child is as high as the probability of her not."
I took a deep breath and looked down. My legs started to move on their own, turning my body around and walking out the open door.
"K-Kuroni!" I heard one of the Sally call out.
I stopped.
I turned around to look at the mansion seeing Jeffrey and Kuchisake-Onna walking out, Jeff lifting a hand at Slenderman in disappointment as they walked towards me.
Sally and Lazari gave me some sad looks.
"We'll play later Kuroni!" Sally said, her emerald green eyes glistening in the moonlight as a black tentacle slammed the door shut.
I turned around and continued to walk.
"Tsukki I am so sorry-" Kuchisake-Onna started.
"It's fine... It wasn't your fault.." I assured. That came out harsher than expected but the rest of the way, we just stayed silent.
Once I came to my senses we were back at my apartment. I looked back at Kuchisake-Onna and Jeff.
Jeffrey had his hood on and Kuchisake-Onna had her mask on but I could tell they gave me an apologetic look.
"You guys can go..." I placed my hand on the ramp of the staircase.
"Alright... Call me if you need us OK?"
With that, I watched as Kuchisake-Onna and Jeff disappeared into the distance, soon out of sight.
I signed heavily and began to make my way up the stone stairs. Once I made it to my door I began to rummage around through my jean pockets.
"Shit.." I cursed, standing outside my door continuing to search for my keys. I turned around to see if they had fallen somewhere on the steps.
It was then that I noticed a... A strange noise....
"Po.... Po..... Po....... Po......... Po..."
