It all happened so quickly. One minute I was one stage singing my heart out, the next minute I'm being attacked. No one - except Andy - had really noticed that anything had happened until I let out a blood curdling scream. I was surprised how loud it actually sounded because my lungs were already aching from all the singing. I was thrown with much force, down the hard metal steps. My ribs crashed into the metal barriers so many times, it felt like i was being battered with metal bars. It seemed as though the steps were never going to end. When I finally did reach the bottom, I tumbled onto the soft grass, and I had no intention of moving.
Only my eyes traced the surroundings. Security guards raced around frantically above me. Yet, no one seemed to be reaching me. And that's when I saw Zac emerge above me with my guitar. A tear came to my eye, just by seeing that face again. Memories flooded my mind. And the next thing I knew, my guitar was coming quickly towards me.
"NO!!" I heard myself scream as it came crashing down. I couldn't seem to roll my body out of the way, so I just covered my face with my hands and prayed incessantly. The guitar smashed into my ribs painfully. It seemed as though my ribs had been a main target. I let out one last scream before everything went black and I couldn't feel anymore pain.
Andy's P.O.V.
I didn't take my eyes from Natasha once. Honestly, I felt so destroyed, like I could feel the pain she was suffering, and it was just terrible to watch.
Bouncers blocked the way to the stairs, "Everyone back off!" One of them bellowed.
Cunningly, I squeezed my way past the weighty man, making my way down the steps as quickly as possible.
"Where do you think you're going?" The man called after me, looking back.
"If you're not going to do anything, then I will" I yelled at him. I ran to Natasha's limp body. I knelt down on the dry grass, trying to see her clearly through my glassy eyes. I tried to ignore all the things around me and focus on Natasha. What was I going to do? Faintly, I could here clattering of the metal steps and more shouting. I touched Natasha's pale face, tears formed in my eyes and I blinked them away quickly. Black tears streaked her perfect face. Her facial expression showed although she was unconscious, she was still in pain.
A hand appeared on my shoulder. I turned around slowly, not knowing what to expect. Jake stood behind me, along with Ash, CC and Jinxx.
"We'll help you" Jake explained "These security guards are unbelievable."
"Okay" I stared at the ground, thinking "Ash, you call an ambulance, Jake, go tell Jack, Ryan and Tom what's happened. Jinxx, get the first aid guy, and Christian... Stay with me."
They nodded together and turned to accomplish their duties.
"Guys?" I called them back quickly
"Yeah?" They chorused, looking back at me.
"Thanks, for everything" I smiled.
They all smiled and took off quickly. Christian crept down beside me, staring at Natasha. He seemed bewildered, I understood this, because I was too.
"Andy" he whispered, still looking at her "Thanks for letting me stay" His voice sounded weak and distraught, like a child that had lost their most prized possession and couldn't live without it.
"Don't mention it" I mumbled sadly "I know it's what you would've wanted."
He smiled at me warmly. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a figure staggering across the grass slowly.
"You-" I yelled, pausing before my words got out of hand. My voice was full of rage and aggression.
The man turned to face me and he sneered spitefully "Well, if it isn't little Miss Biersack"
By that point I had had enough.
Christian's P.O.V.
When Andy asked me to stay I could feel my face light up, but it dimmed as I got closer to Natasha, realising how battered up she was. Her face looked so beautiful yet so hurt and it hurt me so much to see her like that. I didn't take my eyes from her once until I heard Andy shouting. This couldn't be good.
I turned around quickly, almost snapping my neck as I did. I saw Andy charging towards this guy- The guy that hurt Natasha. Who the hell did he think he was? My heart raced with anger as I watched him mock my best friend, my brother.
Surprisingly, Andy tackled him to the ground in one almighty push, pinning him down to the ground bravely. I just sat in awe at this. I knew Andy was passionate about certain things, but never did I know that he would do something like that for someone he loved. I don't care what anyone thinks. That was heartwarming to see.
I could hear the guys grunts as Andy punched him in the face multiple times. Finally the bouncers decided to take action. They pulled Andy off him, as he still threw punches. Andy fought back angrily trying to squirm his way out of their arms,
"Woah, Biersack fought well" came a voice from beside me, causing me to jump unexpectedly. I turned to find Jake kneeling beside me, gawping at the fight.
"Of course" I answered proudly, "What are Natasha's band going to do then?" I asking looking over to Natasha's still body again.
"They're going for a break, and they'll wait to see if she wants to carry on with the show when she comes around" he explained shrugging.
"Knowing Natasha, come hell or high water... She'll play that show." I smiled at the determination that I loved so much.
I heard faint whining and turned my attention completely to Natasha. She began to curl up in a ball, cradling her stomach area and digging her nails into her ribcage occasionally. She started rolling back and forth uncomfortably. Tears lined her face as she did.
