Chapter ten

MIRA'S POV

Mira you know you could actually try and adjust to what your mum cooks and I assure you nothing will happen to you.

I didn't have to look back to know it was micheal who had actually spoken, his voice sends tingling sensations to my body

I replied to him with a glare before I turned back to my mum to see if she was actually going to reply to me or not, by now the kitchen had turned into a deadly silence, everyone awaiting my outburst and when my mum didn't reply I knew that she actually wanted to side with him.

I stared at her for a little while longer before she agreed to cook another meal for me and to be frank I was really surprised because no one had actually stood to me when it came to my eating habits and it made me feel like I was actually a greedy and wicked person who never considered her mothers feelings all in all I was hurt.

And what hurt most was that I didn't know the actual reason why I was actually sad.

Just forget it mum I'm no longer hungry I said to her making her spin around quickly and hold me before I could decide to leave the kitchen.

Darling anything you want all you have to do is ask and I promise to give it to you, I'm not even complaining and I don't burdened by you Incase that's what you are actually thinking.

I gave her a quick smile and turned to leave when micheal spoke again "princess eat your food" and that was when my fuse finally blew up I spun around to give him a really good come back but the moment I looked into his eyes I forgot everything and just silently sat down.

Mum served my food and I ate quietly without making a fuss, damn I was too scared to say anything because the look in his eyes scared me death.

After eating I went back to my room and that was when the tears started coming, I didn't know why I felt so hurt that he spoke to me that way, maybe it was because I had actually started crushing on him.

This is going to be a long day I said to myself staring blankly at the wall.

DANIEL'S POV

I have never seen Mira as scared as she actually looked today but the worst thing was that it wasn't only fear I saw in Mira's eyes, I also saw pain and anger she seemed like she was about to say something but the moment she looked at him she didn't say anything again.

After eating she left without saying anything and just like that dad and mum also left the kitchen leaving me and micheal in the kitchen, well along with Kyle who hadn't spoken since that incident.

"Alpha Michael" I said using the most formal tone I could come up with, what the fuck did you do to my baby to make her that way and I could swear I saw something like guilt and hurt flash in his eyes but they were gone the minute they came.

"I didn't do anything to your sister I swear, but I think it was my wolf who scared her because he was starting to get angry that she wouldn't eat".

"Just don't ever do it again because you scared the shit out of her and for fucks sake Kyle stop staring at me like you have never seen me in your life" then I added to Michael " the sooner you tell her you love her and explain why you are being like this with her the sooner you get your mate" and with that I turned and went to the play room.

In our play room we have all sorts of games which is one of the things that we have that Michael doesn't actually have. Micheal is more of an uptight l who is always in his office doing pack work. It was a miracle how me and Kyle were able to convince him to leave park work for one day and join us in our game and it was more fun when he actually lost because the fun thing about micheal is he never backs down and that was why he actually went to Mira's school to teach after losing the bet.

Micheal and Kyle came in later on and we started playing soccer on my Xbox.

Some minutes later Mira came in looking more calmer and her smile was back meaning she had decided to forget all what had happened in the kitchen and asked if she could join us and our reply was actually yeah.

I was expecting her to sit closer to me considering the fact that she wasn't familiar with Kyle and the fight she and micheal just had even thou she didn't know micheal that much also but the mate bond could make her feel like she has known him for a life time, but instead she sat down beside Kyle, may I add that she sat so close to him there wasn't any space between them.

I knew this was going to end up rather very badly if not for all of us then for Kyle.

And what she was wearing wasn't also helping the case but I knew Michael won't complain about her dress so that she doesn't completely hate him this time around.

But I could see him internally battling with his wolf and if Mira noticed anything she decided to ignore it.

"Kyle please could I share your bottle of water with you" she asked Kyle and I knew I had to intervene so I carried micheals bottle of water and gave it to her instead with a pleading face, she understood but also gave me a confused face but all the same she drank it and I could see micheal visibly relax then we continued our game.

                        MICHEAL'S POV

I know I should have allowed her to see Ralph but I don't understand why she just obeyed what I said immediately she saw Ralph.

I was still thinking of the best possible way to approach her and seek her forgiveness while playing the game with Daniel and Kyle when she came into the play room.

Her presence alone was calming until she clearly started flirting with Kyle I felt like strangling Kyle at that instant but I knew that it wasn't going to go down well so I tried to keep myself together and hold my wolf in but I almost lost it when she asked Kyle for his water when she could have asked me or even Daniel and I was starting to see red before Daniel offered her my own water and she drank it making me relax almost instantly.

Mira was testing my patience and she doesn't really know that what actually comes to my mind anytime I look at her face is kissing her senselessly and then shoving her right up the wall and.....

I was already starting to get hard again and it wasn't evening yet, this is the hardest thing I could ever do in my life, want to fuck someone so much it hurts and the person is right in front of you yet you can't touch her.

I have never thought of a day when I could want someone and I couldn't have the person.

I just stood up and left because if I kept on staying there my imaginations could just start turning true but before leaving I gave her one last look and our eyes met I panicked a bit but instead I just winked at her and left.
