CH 6-First Day

Your P.O.V

After Laxus winks at you, you stumble back and hit Erza's chest. She looks down at you with confusion on her face.

"Are you alright Y/N? You fell backwards." You stand up straight and reply to Erza.

"I'm fine, just slipped!" You flip your head around and give Laxus a death glare, then turn back around to the group. When you had your little slip Gray and Natsu had walked up behind you.

"Hey, Y/N! Have you been introduced to everyone? I think everybody is here."

"AHEM! What about me? Did all your fire finally fry your brain?! I didn't meet her yet." Behind you stood gray, he was only a few inches taller than you but he still seemed to tower above you. "Hi, my name is Grey! I'm also Natsu's friend, sometimes." As Grey said the last part he gave a side glare to Natsu.

Laxus P.O.V

I watched Y/N fall backwards after my little wink, stifling a laugh. Next to me Evergreen spoke,

"Who is that girl? Why are you staring at her?" I turned my head to Evergreen,

"She's just Natsu's sister. And I haven't been staring." Evergreen grinned and accused,

"Natsu's sister that you like and walked home last night? I see how it is..." My face shifted to shocked, open mouthed surprise,

"Ever! It's not like that! I walked her home because I'm nice. Why would I like her." I said the last part with fake scorn, of course I liked her, she was cute. After I denied Ever, Freed and Bickslow joined in on the teasing.

"Is it true Laxus, do you love her," Freed began, getting emotional. "I thought you would never like anyone. I'm so happy for you!" I looked to Freed, concerned about him crying. Then Bickslow started,

"I see why, she is kinda cute... Whats her name?" I felt sparks rumble in my gut, having a undescribable feeling for Bickslow's statement. Like a mix of anger, envy, and lust. I gritted my teeth and responded,

"Her name is Y/N..." Bickslow turned back around to Y/N, continuing his thought.

"She has good figure, and her H/C is really pretty." This time the sparks left my body and entered the air around me, Bickslow laughed,

"Hahaha, your so easy to aggravate, I know you like her!" The sparks quickly faded into nothing as I realized how dumb I was being. Freed and Evergreen chimmed in after Bickslow,

"You do love her!*0*" I stood up, pushing my chair back behind me. I didn't say anything else to the trio, I just got up and left.

Your P.O.V

You gave a small/awkward wave to Grey, not knowing how to respond to the half naked man. You whisper to Erza,

"Where's his shirt?" You pointed to Grey, still holding Rayna. Erza looked up and, like she had just realized it, yelled at Grey.

"GREY! Where is your shirt?!" Grey looked down at his bare body, and screamed,

"Dang it! Not again, I'll be back." He turned around, seeming to lose his pants in the process. You remeber Natsu's words of wisdom before entering the guild, you guess Grey was the one he was warning you about. As you watched Grey leave you noticed someone was leaving the guild hall, it was Laxus. You wanted to follow him, but you decided to stay with your brother and the others. When you turned your gaze back to the group Lucy spoke up,

"Would you like to go on a mission with us? Me, Natsu, Grey, Wendy and Erza wanted to, want to join?" You glanced at Natsu, he smiled and nodded. You turned back to Lucy,

"I'd love too!" Lucy stood up and walked over to the request board, she pulled you along behind her. Once you got to the request board a certain job popped out to you, it was for a maid café. You pulled it off and read the description aloud,

"In need of girls for maid café, boys welcome too. Pay is 200,000 jewel. If interested please come to the west side of hargion city, to the 'nya! Café'." Lucy looked at you and said,

"You wanna do this one?" You nodded your head, thinking it could be fun. Before you headed out, Natsu came up to you.

"I think a mission would be fun, but not in that outfit." He sternly inspected you, again repeating.

"Like I said this morning, I'm not letting my little sister leave in that outfit." He raised an eyebrow waiting for you to give a answer.

"Yeah, yeah..." You simply answer, giving the paper to Lucy and stalking out,

"I'll be back in a few!" As you exited you raised your hand to wave, walking out of the building to see a man against the wall of the guild.

Lucy's P.O.V

I turned to Natsu, paper in hand,

"Why did you do that? I wear cute outfits like that to missions all the time." I put my hands on my hips, and stared at Natsu waiting for an answer.

"She's my little sister, Lucy. I have to worry over her, its my job! I don't say anything about you because I don't have that kind of authority over you." I stared blankly at him, surprise written on my face. He seemed so different around Y/N, he was so much more mature... It was weird. He 'doesn't have that kind of authority'? I didn't think he realized that, he was a lot more grown up than I thought. I sighed and responded,

"Alright, we should probably get tickets to ride the train, and get more info from Mira. We'll meet Y/N there."
