Rider was angry at Goggles for showing up, he was scared that he would show him the affection they usually do at home out here. Though, he was still nervous around his roommate due to his feelings towards him.
G: I came here to cheer you on, I remembered to put a reminder on my phone so I won't forget! I'm so proud of my boyf-
Rider interrupted Goggles after he realized what he was about to say. He couldn't let his friends find out.
R: Urm, Goggles why don't you go sit down so you can watch us?
G: Okay!! I love-
R: GO.
G: Oh... Okay...
Goggles began to walk over to the bleachers worrying and saddened by Riders' attitude with him.
Goggles POV:
I-I.. Did I do something wrong? Does he not l-like me that way?..
Rider, you do this every time we're in public... Am I embarrassing him?...
Oh well, either way, I know he does... I could just be acting silly but-
At that moment, the tournament was about to start. Rider came out of the locker room with his golden roller held up on his shoulder.
Rider POV:
I can totally win this stupid thing. I'm only doing it for the prize money just so I can rent my own apartment alone.
