Hello! My name is Jeannie. Some of you may have read this story before, but on my other account. If you haven't noticed, I've switched accounts. Ash and Dust has been edited and revised. I've added new plots and changed a few things, so even if you are a returning reader, you may have noticed some things have been changed and added.
Even after I've already edited this on September 27, 2018, some things are still very confusing, like the time skips, so I'm so sorry about that! I have mostly fixed it. On November 26, 2018, I started editing it once again. The main character's name has changed! It changed from Beatrix to Cora because of the accidental similarity to Bellatrix. And if you can't see from the cover, Cora is Asian! I love testing out poc faceclaims. Oh it makes me jittery. I re-wrote this story on April 13, 2020! Wow, basically two years from the last edit before I decided to just break down the horrible middle school writing.

If you know who the female model/actress is, please tell me. I've been dying to know! As of June 2022, I've learned that Cora's faceclaim is literally Nagini's actress 🧍🏻♀️ I'm going to choose not to know that so that this story doesn't have "twins."
