Chapter 6

*Jades POV*

I was getting worried, Tori wasn't answering any of my calls or messages. I decided that I was going to her house, I could climb up the fence near her room and go through the window, but it would have to be at night so no one could see me.

I got in my car and drove to her street, I parked a little way down from her house so her parents couldn't hear me drive in her drive.

I ran over to Tori's house almost tripping over nothing at what I saw, Tori was sitting on her windowsill, I was going to yell but then I heard her say, "Goodbye world, it's been nice" she threw herself off the ledge, I ran to catch her, she froze in my arms, "Jade! I love you so much jade I'm so sorry" she cried, I wiped away her tears and placed her on the ground "C'mon let's go to my house" I said kissing her neck, we got in the car and drove to my house.

I knew my father wouldn't be pleased but Tori couldn't go back to that house, and she had no where else to go. We got out my car and walked into my house.

I pushed Tori up to my room, I saw my fathers bedroom light turn on, I knew he knew I went out, I quickly pushed Tori into my wardrobe. "Jade what are you doing?" I heard her say, "don't worry it's fine just stay there" I said leaving her to sit on my bed.

*Tori's POV*

I stepped back and let the wardrobe doors close.

I heard Jade's door open and her father came in, I opened the door slightly to see what was going on, "Daddy I'm sorry! Gir- my friend had no where to go and she tried to jump from her window." Jade said obviously scared, Since when did Jade call her Father 'Daddy', "Jade I don't give a shit who your 'friend' is get her out of here you worthless brat" her dad said, Suddenly he hit her in the stomach with his belt. She groaned in pain and fell on the floor, He started kicking her in the back, ""Daddy I'm s-sorry" Jade whimpered in pain, "HEY BACK OFF!" I yelled stepping out of the door and punching him round the face then kneeing him in his, well, let's say where the sun don't shine...

"You, you bitch!" Jades father shouted and walked out the room holding his, 'thing'.

Jade got up and winced in pain, "Tori I'm sorry my dads not really like that, he's just drunk, trust me he will be fine in the morning, I'll get you some of your clothes, I'll be right back" Jade said, she ran out of her house and got in her car, I decided to sit on her bed and watch some Netflix.

Jade came back about an hour later, she came in with a suitcase of clothes, "I climbed into your room and got most of your clothes" she said handing me the suitcase, "Thanks?" I answered. I put the suitcase on Jades bed and quickly got my pjs out and got changed, "nice stomach!" Jade teased "that's the weirdest compliment ever but thanks babe?" I said pulling my top down, Jade got in some joggers and a loose top, "you need sleep, let's go to bed" Jade suggested.

We got into bed and cuddled for a bit, "Jade I love you so much and thanks for saving me earlier" I whispered into her ear, "it's ok, now sleep!" She laughed trying to forget about tonight's events, I snuggled into the crook of her neck and when to sleep.
