Rantarou was walking leisurely around his block. Usually he'd go to one of his friends house, but they were all busy. Kaito had martial arts practice, Kaede had piano practice, and Kokichi said he was probably going to go somewhere. Of course, him being Kokichi Ouma, never specified where.
He would hang out with Shuichi or Kiibo or Korekiyo, but Shuichi would analyze anything in sight and barely talk, Kiibo would freak out over every little thing or get offended anytime he says something harmless, and Korekiyo.. Honestly, Korekiyo? No thanks, he'd rather pass.
Rantarou sighed as he turned the corner to his house. He was about to walk under a tree when something popped right in front of his face. "Hiiiii Amami!!" Rantarou stumbled backwards, falling on his ass. "What the–! Kokichi?"
He looked up, seeing the pale boy hanging from a branch. "Yep, it's me." He smiled as he crawled down from the tree. "Didn't you say you were going somewhere?" Rantarou stood up, dusting himself off. Kokichi hummed and tapped his chin as if he was thinking hardly. "Hmmm.... Did I? Oh well, I forgot!" He shrugged. Rantarou stared at him for a while, he couldn't believe this guy. "Aaaaanywhoooo, wanna hang out? Huh, huh? Do ya?!" Kokichi urged, his eyes twinkling. Rantarou sighed. "I promised my parents I'd be back home.." Kokichi's eyebrows suddenly furrowed. "Come on! We never hang out like we used to! Pleeeeeease!!" He begged, putting his hands together. "Your gonna make me cry if you say noooo!"
Rantarou sighed, crossing his arms. "Fine, I'll call them, I guess." Kokichi smiled brightly and wrapped his arms around Rantarou, practically shaking with joy. "Yippeeee~! Thank you, Amami! Come over to my place when your ready!"Without another word, Kokichi scrambled off to his house, smiling so wide that Rantarou thought it'd reach up to his ears.
