I got up and brushed my hair and put on a gold dress and black heels then we went by Max's house to drop off a present because mom ditched the date

When she left the car Sam said

"There is nothing really weird about Max."

I said "I agree."

Then we heard Max's dog barking and mom yelling

" Rosa! Sam!"

Then we went to the comic book store by the way we had grown a lot closer with Edgar and Alan and I liked Edgar now we got to the comic book store telling Edgar and Alan the story

"The dog chased my mom!" Sam said

"Like the Hounds of Hell from Vampires everywhere!" I added

Edgar said "We've been aware of some very serious vampire activity in town for a long time."

Alan said "Santa Carla has become a haven for the undead."

"As a matter of fact. We're almost certain that ghouls and werewolf a occupy high positions at city hall." Edgar said

Sam just gave him a face that said what no! And said "Look guys, my brother is not a bloodsucker. It says here that if you kill the head vampire all half-vampires will return to normal."

Then I said "Guys, if my brothers a vampire, believe me, hes only half."

Edgar said "Does he know who the head vampire is?"

I said "No I think so."

Edgar said " Then you'll have to kill him. And if you don't then we will."

Sam said "It all started when my mom went to work at Max's video store. Max never comes in till after its dark. The dog who chased my mom this morning was his."

I said "Now listen to this: Vampires require a daytime protector, a guardian to watch over them as they sleep. Fierce dogs, the hounds of hell are often employed for this purpose."

Edgar said "No shit."

Sam said " Yeah well what happened if my mom is dating the head vampire?"

I said "You guys can nail him and save Santa Carla. Truth, justice, the American way triumphs. Thanks to you two.

Edgar said "We'll check out Max."

Sam said "Ok Rosa. Let's go home."

Edgar said " Rosa, can I talk to you for a minute."
