Should we be together? (Gaster x Alice OC)

Chapter 9 : Holiday

After 2 months, winter came and that's mean Christmas time! It's one of the Holiday which everyone appreciate the most. Alice like those time of years. Those time where everyone gather and people would be forgetful of each other. Also, Alice was also excited to spend the Holiday with Gaster and sans. She never thought she would spend that day with someone she care and love again. Don't get her wrong, she like the people of the Covent but she always wanted something else like having her own family... She blush at the thought and continue her walking around the market. She was looking at a gift for sans. She already have something for Gaster but she didn't know what to buy for sans and she is at the market right now to look for a present. She was windows shopping when she saw a blue hoodie with white fur on the hood and it's have a zipper. It's will be perfect for sans! She thought. She went inside the shop and ask the shop worker about the hoodie. The shop worker gladly took out the hoodie out of display and ask her if she wanted to warp it for a gift. Alice decline saying she wanted to add more for the hoodie. Alice pay for the hoodie and left the shop. She was glad to found his present. She was on her way back to the Castle when she dumb to someone.

"I am sorry! Are you ok?!" Alice said worry she hurt the person. It was the same skeleton lady she meet months ago.

"I am fine, my dear" Ariel said brushing off her coat. She notice the bag Alice was carring on her arms.

"I see you are shopping for Christmas" Ariel said. Alice look down to her bag and blush in embrassement.

"Oh! It's a gift for my friend's kid" Alice said.

"I see a friend~" Ariel teasing her. Alice hide her face behind the bag. Damn! I am not good to hide away my feelings! Alice thought. Ariel chuckle at her shyness.

"Don't worry! We all have someone we want to give present on this special day." Ariel said patting her head. Alice glance at her before she finally calm down and smile at her.

"It's actually for my boyfriend's child. Since I am going to spend the Holiday with them." Alice said excited.

"I see that nice! But what happen to the child mother, if can ask" Ariel said.

"Oh.. he didn't told me much about it but I never question it much since it's can be hard to talk about this sensitive topic..." She said thinking about her grand-father. Ariel nod and smile at the hybrid.

"Well then I take to much of your time. I better go!" Ariel said. Going to back to her route.

"It was nice to meet you ma'am!" Alice said waving.

"Please call me Ariel!" She said waving back at her.

"Oh! My name is Alice!" Alice said. Then Ariel was now out of sight and Alice turn back to her pace toward the Castle. She smile at herself of how nice the lady Ariel was.

Gaster was outside the house to said his goodbye to his wife. She came out of the house with her bagage with sans following her behind and look at her husband.

"Well I guess I will be back after New years..." Ariel said managing a small smile. Gaster nod and look at her for a moment.

"Yes... Are you going to be alright? I mean you did tell me you are now pre-" He get cut off by Ariel's hand shoving on his face.

"I would be fine, Gaster. You know I can take care of myself just fine. Enjoy your Holiday." She said before she kiss his cheekbones and hug sans. She wave at them and went to her vehicule and leave the propriety.

Gaster sigh as she leave and glance at sans who was clenching on his dad's pants.

"Shall we prepare the house for Alice visit?" Gaster said to his son. Sans look at him and manage a small grin.
