Ch. 6

Fours POV

Right now its the end of band and Im waiting for the bell to ring. All we did was warm up and play on the instruments. After band Im gonna invite Tris to my party. I don't like Tris or anything, she is soooo annoying. No wonder shes friends with Christina.

Me and Tris are in the same band class but she hasn't noticed me because we are on separate sides. She plays practically everything whereas I just play guitar and drums.

When the bell rang, I took my time putting my instrument away. I don't want to seem like I want her to come. I only want her to come so I can beat her at the party games.

Once Im finished I walk out and see Tris and Christina talking to each other. I run up to them and say, "Im having a party on Friday and you losers can come if you want." After I say that I run off an "talk"to Zeke and Uriah. I wasn't talking or listening to them, though. I was listening to Tris and Chris. Ha, that rhymes.

"We are so going!" Christina says.

"Chrissy" she complains.

"No you are going no matter what. I dont care if you dont like parties, if you dont like him, if you havent been to one before, or if your parents wont let you. You are going." She says back.

Tris gives her the pouty face. "But Chrissy"

"Nope, that wont work on me." With that, she walks away dragging Tris with her. I smirk. Shes probably taking her to the mall or something. After that I see Shauna, Marlene, and lynne walk up to them.

I point to them and say, "Guys look." Zeke and Uriah look and they glare at me because they know I know who they like. Zeke likes Shauna and Uri likes Marlene. Then I say, "I invited them to the party."

They turn they're glare into a mischievous smirk. "We should spy on them" they say at the same time. That was a little creepy.

"Okay" i say. Im only doing this for the guys because I have no one to spy on. Lynne? Eh, not my type. Christina? NO! Tris? HECK TO THE NO!!!

We start to walk behind them from a distance. We don't want it to seem like we are following them because they would question us and that wouldn't be good. Tris looks back at us and I can tell she knows somethings up. Shes pretty smart.

Christina, Shauna, and Marlene are talking to each other in the front while Tris and Lynne are talking in the back. I can tell they are headed to the mall because they are going that way and of course Chris, Mar, and Shauna would want to go. Especially Chris. I call them nicknames in my head cuz its just easier that way.

I try to listen to both conversations but I can only hear Tris and Lynne. Tris starts Talking about her old school and how she got bullied and all. I kind of feel bad for her. Wait, no I don't feel bad for anyone especially someone I hate. After she says that all the girls drape there arms over each other. They dont talk the rest of the walk. Us, our mall is a walking distance from our school.

Once we get to the mall, the girls go in a dress shop. Ugh, we wont be able to "shop" in here without them noticing. Zeke must've read my mind cuz he said, "we have to hide in the dress racks"

"Yeah!" Uriah replied.

"Yeah I guess so" i say.

We each hid in different racks facing towards the changing room cuz we all now they are gonna try on many dresses. We were correct. They all tried on dresses except Tris. She just sat there looking very bored. I couldn't blame her. The girls make Tris try on a bunch of dresses after they buy there own. Tris just keeps on rejecting them. Just pick a dress girl. It was kind of entertaining thought watching her put on all the dresses.

When she tried on the last dress which was silver she screamed a frustrated scream and everyone looked at her. She started blushing a really bright red and stomped back into the dressing room. All the girls were still laughing though. It was really funny.

She came back out and said, "this is no use" while she plopped on the couch. They started to leave until Tris said, "wait, guys." And she pulls out a black strapless dress. The girls start to squeal and Tris goes to try it on.

When she comes out the girls jaws drop and Tris smiles. I never really see her smile and its a nice one. "Oh. My god." All the girls say at the same time. Tris laughs and the girls join in.

"This is a stupid question but, do you like it?" Tris asks. They nod their heads.

"You look beautiful" Christina says.

"No, I can never be beautiful" Tris replies.

"No don't say that about yourself, cuz girl your amazing just the way you are." Shauna says. They all start laughing and Tris pays for her dress. Then Christina gives her heels and she pays for those too. The dress and heels seemed pretty expensive and Tris handed the cashier pocket money! What, does this girls have never ending money or something?!

Once they are out of the store, we come out of our hiding places and talk about what we saw. After that we just went home.

A/N this chapter was supposed to be before the last one. Oops sorry 😁 sorry if it was confusing and btw Tris's dress is black not red. The next chapter will be when Tris is at Fours doorstep about to go inside. And Sorry for not being on in a while i was in long island.
