"Be safe ok?" Jisung waved me goodbye as he went back inside the office.
I looked around it was cold, of course because it was midnight but it all looked too plain.
I started heading home my plain black heels tapping the floor with a light noise. Suddenly, I tripped over something and landed on my knees.
"Ugh god why am I unlucky?" I said as I turned to the object which made me fall.
"A book?" I said tilting my head to the side. I picked it up cautiously and brushed the dust of my skirt from the fall.
Before anymore bad luck came to me I started speed walking back home. As I reached my home I unlocked the doors and dashed inside,obviously not forgetting to lock the door.
I quickly took my heels of and threw my shoes to god knows where. I'll find them later.
I sat down on the sofa and looked at the cove of the book. It was all rusty and torn but I could make up what the book said.
